“Couldn't rent a car at the airport, so I took a cab here and rented a 15' moving van for a 1-way trip to VA Beach. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and it turns out renting a moving van for a 1-way like that is cheaper than a car from the airport anyway. Good work, fellas.”
“So far our experience has been decent. They charge far mileage, which, being new to renting trucks is something my husband and I didn't know. We were suppose to have a truck available to us in Midlothian but because they didn't have ins they had us drive out to mechanicsville to get the truck and forgave the extra mileage cost wise for the extra distance driven on it. Packs of six blankets are somewhere around 4 bucks. A basic dolly is 7$.”

“The man was helpful. They did not have what we needed. They just didn't carry the product. But great customer service from the young man at the desk. I would definitely recommend U-Haul if you need to get a vehicle to haul your stuff.”
