“Glad to have this Enterprise Truck Rental location as close by as it is. Super convenient location and good staff - especially Amber and Jacob, both of whom were attentive and knowledgable. I had to change my reservation twice due to shifting requirements, but the answer was always "no problem." I got exactly the truck (Rangemaster) I needed and they went over it well to make sure I understood everything I needed to know. Will definitely be back.”

“I went around noon on September 9th, and I had some of the best customer service I've ever had. I didn't catch her name, but the lady that was working was incredibly friendly, helpful, and patient, as I was kind of a pain in the butt. Also, the truck was very new and clean.”

“If you need a vehicle for a group of people or to move things, Apple Car and Truck Rental is a good place to rent cars for a reasonable price. The vehicles were clean and in good shape. Although communication was tougha d not so clear, dealing with a small business is much easier than a big rental company. This makes it really convenient for a group or yourself. I enjoyed working with him and would do again 10/10.I'm so satisfied with this place, if you need a car or a truck, this is the place to get it.”

“By far one of the best experiences I've had when dealing with another business.I had reserved a truck through the 24/7 truck share app, which had some difficulties and I was told to wait for the owner to arrive (technology what can you do)I called the fella on the phone and he apologized for running late, as he was helping his son. We all have bad days. He offered to buy me a cup of coffee to make up for being a little late.Most people are not that generous to make up for running late.The owner had me checked in and out the door in no time, after I arrived.I needed to keep the truck and extra day, I called him up directly. He said don't worry about it, he'll take care of everything.Couldn't have been an easier process.I think all these other negative reviews are from people who need to exercise a little more patients and understanding.”
