U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer
3950 Deep Rock Rd, Henrico VA 23233
“Melanie was very professional both times I dealt with her. What really stood out to me was how well she handled a few stressful situations that came up while I was there picking up my truck. She stayed calm, kept things moving, and never let it affect how she treated customers. She answered all of my questions, was very accommodating when I arrived, and clearly knows her job well. It's not often you come across someone with that level of professionalism and great customer service. When I dropped the truck off, the other representative who helped me was also very friendly and welcoming. Overall, I had a really positive experience and would definitely rent from this location again.”

Austin was a huge help in explaining how to operate the truck, helped me adjust the mirrors and showed me how everything worked. The van was in perfect condition and it looked like the entire fleet was well maintained I can’t speak highly enough of this company and would highly recommend it to anyone needing to rent a truck/van.”

APPLE Auto Rental and Truck Rental
450 Portugee Rd, Henrico VA 23250
“If you need a vehicle for a group of people or to move things, Apple Car and Truck Rental is a good place to rent cars for a reasonable price. The vehicles were clean and in good shape. Although communication was tougha d not so clear, dealing with a small business is much easier than a big rental company. This makes it really convenient for a group or yourself. I enjoyed working with him and would do again 10/10.I'm so satisfied with this place, if you need a car or a truck, this is the place to get it.”
