Nice staff, however, there is little to no assistance if you experience fraud on your account. Unlike larger banks, the credit union will not give you a credit until the situation is resolved. Also, my money was good enough to be in the credit union but I was denied credit after being a customer for over ten years.

I love Virginia Credit Union! They are wonderful to bank with, and during this covid everyone needs to understand that the drive thru is for our safety.
