“I recently went into United Bank in Mechanicsville and the Branch Manager, Kaiyden Dunn, offered to assist me. Much to my surprise, that the bank manager would offer to help me, rather than tell me to wait for a teller. It was an extremely satisfying experience. He was able to assist me and offer suggestions that were very helpful. He is very knowledgeable, courteous, and service oriented. It is so nice to see that customers are still appreciated and customer service does still exist.”

We took quite a bit of time getting everything rounded up and believe me, I know a Friday is not the day to do this but I specifically took this day off to do some errands and this was one of them. She was cool calm and collected handling my request. I couldn’t be more thankful for her and her team accommodating my large request today.
