Always between the nicest people working here. Very courteous Everytime I come in and basically know me by name. Is always clean and over never had a single problem with Wells Fargo. Great bank

They never seem to have enough employees to assist with anything. Always short staffed and you have to wait in line for 40 minutes to be told they can't assist with something.

I have been an exclusive customer of this branch for decades, live nearby. Never again. I will drive to the friendly, courteous, Mechanicsville Turnpike Branch, in heavy traffic every time, before I again subject myself to the disrespect I received here by staff last year.
