“First of all I want to say DO NOT listen to these reviews. I am not one to leave a review to begin with but after reading these before my appointment to walk through my new home. I almost made that mistake myself and canceled on them. I’m not sure if they are doing that out of spite or what but I moved in here this past weekend and I couldn’t say enough nice things about Mariah and Debbie. Truly. I was beyond apprehensive due to the reviews and they were so kind and helpful throughout the entire process. I haven’t ever experienced this type of genuine service and sincerity before, and I’ve moved plenty of times to know true customer service and when someone actually cares about their job. This being said, don’t let these disrespect comments sway you from coming here, clearly someone has it out for this company and their work ethic and dedication shows how wrong these comments are. Give them a chance, it’s worth it.Lastly thank you Mariah and Debbie for helping me through everything and making sure I felt confident in my decisions and your patience. I hope you both know how great you are!”
“The apartment in Remuda is very nice
In the office, my experience with me, Liseth has been very attentive to every detail, as have the maintenance guys, I am very responsible and polite, Ivis and Rubén”
“I love renting here! The pool is nice and well maintained. The property is consistently being maintained (i.e. seasonal power washing, move downed trees from storms asap, consistently mowing lawns, etc)
Its peaceful and generally quiet.
The apartments are very nice and big
And WINTON is amazing. He's been a big help for the year and a half that we've been here.

“The response to any issues is very appropriate. The office staff are friendly and diligent in helping residents with their problems. The surroundings are always clean, peaceful, and safe. The only downsides are that the apartments are small and old, and the area around the garbage dump is a bit messy, but these aren't issues that really bother me. I'm grateful to the apartment managers for their constant attention.”
“Ive lived with the estates since 2022 and the current team is the reason why I will keep renewing and renewing my lease forever. Anthony, Deonte, Blake, Jordan and Diana have all been incredibly helpful and friendly. Repairs are scheduled immediately and service is amazing. Can’t recommend it enough”
