“Hunter’s Chase makes you feel like part of the family. All staff goes above and beyond but my main interactions have been with Brett, Clara, Matt and Harold. Brett and Clara put so much care into finding where you will feel most at home. They are intentional in taking an interest in what matters most to you. Matt, our best Property Supervisor yet, and Harold also genuinely and proactively work to better our community and our homes.”
“Maintenance man James does a great job communicating and working on repairs in a very timely manner and I haven’t had a problem since he started working on things at my place. My fridge broke earlier this year and he came the next day and fixed it while I was at work and saved me from having to throw hundreds of dollars of food out. My dryer also was breaking and he came in and assessed the situation and found I needed a new washer/dryer unit and I got it in the next day. Last year someone else had worked on the dryer and “fixed” it but shortly after it was messed up again! Very glad to be in good hands, I’ll definitely be renewing my lease.”
“Ive lived with the estates since 2022 and the current team is the reason why I will keep renewing and renewing my lease forever. Anthony, Deonte, Blake, Jordan and Diana have all been incredibly helpful and friendly. Repairs are scheduled immediately and service is amazing. Can’t recommend it enough”

“I love renting here! The pool is nice and well maintained. The property is consistently being maintained (i.e. seasonal power washing, move downed trees from storms asap, consistently mowing lawns, etc)
Its peaceful and generally quiet.
The apartments are very nice and big
And WINTON is amazing. He's been a big help for the year and a half that we've been here.

“The response to any issues is very appropriate. The office staff are friendly and diligent in helping residents with their problems. The surroundings are always clean, peaceful, and safe. The only downsides are that the apartments are small and old, and the area around the garbage dump is a bit messy, but these aren't issues that really bother me. I'm grateful to the apartment managers for their constant attention.”
