Horrible experience!! Avoid this bank at all costs. From the tellers to the branch manager. Just nasty no customer service. I was interested in banking with truist. After the encounter with Kathy and the other teller, I couldn’t get her name. I will never recommend truist bank with or take any payment card or check from truist bank. Lisa Martin the branch manager/ president is a disgrace to the company as well she has no business in management. This branch needs a complete overhaul imo.

**Horrible Experience with ATM and Customer Service**
I recently had a terrible experience with this bank that has left me completely dissatisfied. The ATM at the branch **ate my card**, so I went inside to get it resolved. The teller assured me **not to cancel my card** because they would retrieve it when the truck came, either on Tuesday or Friday. Trusting their word, I waited.
I called on Tuesday, only to be told by the manager that my card wasn't there yet, but it should be on Friday. When I called again on Friday, I was informed that they didn't have my card and that it was **probably shredded**. If I had been informed earlier that this was a possibility, I would have cancelled my card immediately and requested a new one instead of wasting days waiting around.
The lack of clear communication and general knowledge from the staff was extremely frustrating. If you value your time and money, **do not use the ATM** at this branch. I'm beyond disappointed with the service I received and will seriously reconsider continuing my banking relationship here.

Came in once the bank opened this morning, short line, I was the second person in line. The sweet teller was helping a gentleman and the machine they needed was slow or down - I decided as another person got in line behind me that my time was flexible and I could come back later- as I was leaving the teller noticed and apologized for my wait which I appreciated that she noticed while managing the tasks in front of her. I told her it was no problem at all and that I am happy to come another time since I work next door so others wouldn’t have to wait on me. She was great!!

Poor experience went to the fraud claim department and they won’t do anything for you. Do not use the Depop app as you can see the bank will not help you when people steal money from your account and stealing jewelry.

Had them lock my card over the weekend. Called today and was placed on hold for 15 minutes until I decided to hang up. I needed them to unlock my card as I’m unable to do it on the app because they did it on their end. When I’ve tried calling back it goes to voicemail. If I wanted to wait on the phone I’d have simply called the Truist 800 number! SMH

I have been a Wells Fargo customer for decades. I went in Saturday morning at 10:30 to open accounts for my teenage sons. Even though the bank was going to be open for another hour and a half, they refused to help. Richard, the manager, said there was one banker and since there was one person ahead of us, they would not help us since he said it would take a hour to open the accounts. I asked if he would help and he said that wasn't his job. We drove down the street and stopped at Truist. Jen Dodson, met us with a smile. Said she was happy to help and had both accounts set up in 25 minutes. She was great. What a difference! Highly recommend! Thanks Jen! You were awesome!

This Bank is horrible... Customer Service by phone totally horrible everything is we will have a supervisor call you back in 24 to 48 hours.If you have an account and someone gives you a check that gets returned (not you making a bad check) They will block your account for 10 Business Days with NO ACCESS TO YOUR OWN MONEY!!!! I give them a NEGATIVE 1000 stars. STAY AWAY I'm Closing my account in NINE DAYS because thats when the 10 days will be finished and my Business Account will be Un Blocked.

Reviews speak for themselves, horrible customer service especially from Karen who was having a really bad day. I look forward to continuing to go to this location and asking for Karen by name. I want my pennies and I'm coming for them. See you tomorrow!

These people are just NASTY & RUDE. The way they spoke to my mother today was ridiculous! Do not go to this bank. They’re absolutely terrible! Specifically whoever the lady with long blonde hair is!

SunTrust was better, this branch is slow and doesn't care about the time of their customers. Waited in line for almost an hour.
