“I went through Safelite in Richmond to replace my 1996 Honda Accord windshield back in 2015 and it was a nightmare. First, the glass broke in transport so I had to reschedule. Then after the service was complete, the bottom seal didn’t take sure I had to reach back out to try to get it fixed and that didn’t go well. Needless to say, I was hesitant to use their services again. The tech from this location was great. Ricardo arrived within his expected appointment window. He called when he was on the way so I would be ready for him. He listens to my concerns about using Safelite again. He was professional and pleasant. He finished the replacement within the expected timeframe. The glass was clean, there was no residue, and no debris left behind. As far as calibration, it looks like everything is in order sensor-wise as well. I paid for the middle experience so i also received new wipers. I’m not a cannot the wipers, but that’s my preference and I wasn’t sure when I’d be able to get around getting new ones before the replacement. Overall, I had a much better experience this time. Thank Ricardo and Safelite for making this a much better experience for me.”
