In 1 hour or so I left his shop with a brand new driver seat cover . Looks fantastic. John was professional, polite and his price was reasonable. In today’s world John , his staff and his quality is hard to find. Most shops would have said , no , and their pricing would have been unfair. “Sam's is about as stripped down as a repair place can be and still be able to provide service. And I'm perfectly fine with that. I don't need bad coffee and wifi to get my car inspected. I went for a replacement tire when I had an unexpected flat - they had me out of there in 20 mins for less than $50. A front-end alignment for my Corolla is more than reasonable and they don't try to sell you unnecessary items or create expensive repairs. I recently stopped in b/c my tire was leaking - I don't think it took them 10 mins to find the issue, repair it and send me on my way. I truly appreciate the service at Sam's.”

I was able to make an appointment with Safelite on my phone for the same day, took the truck to the location over by the Diamond, and received courteous, efficient, and fast service. They not only replaced my window, they vacuumed out the truck removed all the shattered glass throughout the vehicle.
I have no idea why there are so many negative reviews for this location. I would use it again without hesitation and would recommend it to my friends and colleagues.”
