Very friendly check out clerk who was so helpful when I went in to pick up pictures I had ordered. She also offered to update my information on my extra care card as well!

PHARMACY/ Pikeview, Midlothian - the two women working the pharmacy 6/27/25 evening would NOT make eye contact with those of us waiting patiently in line. They continue to serve those who drive through and ignore the rest of us who actually walked in. Even if they are understaffed, which is probably the case, it's just rude and unprofessional to ignore the only TWO people in line. At least acknowledge us and say you'll be right with us. CVS: please train your pharmacy staff to do better.

Yesterday, I had a rude, disrespectful, arrogant man in the Pharmacy claiming to be the Pharmacy manager when I told him I would complain about his behavior I am a regular customer. The actual pharmacist on duty yesterday evening was an African American gentleman who advised me that I could complain of this rude and unprofessional, male employee's behavior and language to the General Manager named Robert. Moreover, I will email the CVs corporate offices to redress this issue I'm immediately. Beware of this man if you are a customer at this particular pharmacy department. He has no filter and was extremely pompous.

If I could put less than 1 star - I would. I have been ridiculed, taunted and lied to by one pharmacy tech that I have never met prior. Her name is Jesse and/Jessica and I have had three encounters with her that are beyond belief. First, let me explain that I was diagnosed with a chronic disease that makes going anywhere very difficult whatās more having to make multiple trips because of the behavior of one tech. My dog has a prescription that is always only in stock at that CVS. (Otherwise, I would take it to the one closest to me.) I have been taking it there for about two years. I use Good Rx which allows pet medication that is dispensed by a pharmacy. (It is the difference of over $40 without it.) Last month I dropped it off and went shopping elsewhere to kill time. When I went to pick it up, the cost was full price. I told the pharmacy tech, Jesse (or Jessica depending on what day I ask) that I get it withGoodRx. She told me that I was not allowed to use that. I told her Iāve been using it for two years. She was extremely rude and told me that Iād have to come back. I went and killed some time again and took a screenshot of the information off of GoodRx that states Iām allowed to use it for a pharmacy pet medication. After waiting another 30 minutes I went back through the line and another tech handed me the medication at the good RX price. I very respectfully asked to speak to Jessica as I wanted to show her the screenshot. The tech turned around as she was sitting down 2 feet from the window and she scoured at me and told him to tell me she was too busy to come to the window. I wasnāt happy about that as she was extremely rude and certainly not apologetic. Last week I went up and dropped the prescription off and she was there. I was polite and just as nasty as she could be she made some comment. Again, I went to kill time. Roughly 45 minutes later, I went back through the window to pick the prescription up. I was told that it would not be ready for another 30 minutes. I wasnāt feeling good and could not wait another 30 minutes. I decided to just attempt to come back the next day. I was a couple of minutes down the road and I get a text. I was driving so I could not look at it at that point. When I got back home - I looked at the text and it was a text stating my prescription was ready. She deliberately did that. Apparently there arenāt any repercussions for her behavior. The thought of driving up there and dealing with that kind of behavior just adds to the stress. I finally decided to make the trip again. It is 10 miles each way for me. I arrived at 7:01 and the pharmacy was closed! It is supposed to be open until 8:00. I have a CVS prescription plan that I intend on canceling if she is allowed to continue. To allow someone with such horrible behavior to work with customers is more than I want to contend with. In my entire life - I have only filed a complaint once before this.

By for the worst CVS Iāve been to. And being in the military, Iāve been to a lot. 50 min wait for a prescription after telling me itās a 20 min wait is ridiculous!

Horribly ran CVS. Unprofessional āpharmacistsā and/or Pharm Techs. They look unkempt and like they rolled out of bed or off the street and havenāt shaved in 8 months. Drive through always broken. Have to repeat a 5 letter last name repeatedly because they donāt listen at all. Do yourself a favor and just go to Publix to get your medication filled.

Pharmacy phone # does not have a prompt to speak to pharmacist for questions, the drive thru is ābrokenā all the time, and they do not text you when a prescription is ready.

Called the pharmacy with a question concerning my prescription. Unable to get an employee on the phone tree. Eventually, I used the provider's option to get in touch with someone. Phone was answered, and rather than transfer me to the correct extension, I was hung up on. If a customer has a question that is not specifically offered by the automated phone tree, there is no one there willing or able to assist you.
