Gold's Gym Westchester Commons is a large, well-equipped fitness facility offering an indoor basketball court, a pool, a smoothie bar, and a Kids Club. It includes a private gym area for women and amenities like clean bathrooms, showers, and a sauna. Much nicer spot than the arboretum Gold's Gym. Staff is way nicer for sure. The only issue (outside their control) is the traffic on this side of town with all the traffic circles in the shopping center, and it's a bit of a hike for me on my normal daily route. Worth the trip though.

I’ve been coming here for 6 years. Best equipment, atmosphere, and staff. The manager Greg runs the place very well.

UPDATE: the gym has opened up on time for the last several months. Having the “backup” people opening has resolved this issue.
I really love this gym however there have been several times where the employees never show up at 4:00am. It’s frustrating when this is the only time you can workout during the day!!!
