Check-in was easy, staff was great, and the wait wasn't too long (we had an appointment). Unfortunately that is all overshadowed by the filthy conditions. The photo was taken in the room where the blood draw took place. Probably should've left when I saw it.

Everyone here was so kind and transparent. On top of that, labs and urine test were done in <30 min I assume because there wasn’t many people there. They honestly made my day. Thank you Lindsay and Tasha! I know you will both go far in your career. :)

I made an appointment for 8:15am today, got there and did the express check in at 8:07am and was out the door by 8:30am to carry on with my day. Making an appointment seems to really matter if you want a short wait.

Scheduled my labwork a couple days out, got there and checked in from my vehicle. Went in, told the technician I have a tendency to passout when getting my blood taken. She immediately moved me to a different room, where I could lay back. She was fast at work and it was over before I knew it. Thank you.

Believe them when they said dont come here! It was extremely hot in here for one. For two, I had an appointment for 2:45 not even being seen until 3:40 with other people being seen before me. Please dont go here. Save your time!

Nearly 3 hour waits after appointment. Avoid the location, better yet see if you can take your labcorp order to another provider since they are so bad nearly everywhere.

Sitting here as a walk in, watching a man be told to wait, when he made an appointment at 2pm and it's now 3pm. So who knows how long I'll have to wait. Another lady just walked in with an appointment and they told her she was not in the system at all. Geeeesh. The worker told her to complain to corporate lol it's super hot in here, I'm sweating and it smells. Quest labs for me from now on! 🤣

Don't even bother making appointments in this location might as do a walk in and get service first! Waited for two hours with appointment just to be the last one coming out while other people just sign in the kiosk and get served first

I have never had a drug test before and was a little nervous. The workers behind the glass were not friendly what so ever. Felt like a factory with robots. Did not know people disliked their job so much here. Felt cold and the worst customer service. I don’t understand why people who aren’t friendly chose this profession. Very unsatisfied.

I recently visited the Boulder View Lane location with high hopes of receiving excellent customer service. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory due to the rude behavior of the staff.
From the moment I entered the business, I was met with indifference and disdain. The employees seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves than assisting customers. When I finally managed to speak with someone, their responses were curt and dismissive.
Not only did I feel ignored, but I also felt belittled by the condescending attitude of the staff. It was evident that they had little regard for customer satisfaction or basic courtesy.
As a result of this unpleasant encounter, I left the store feeling frustrated and undervalued. I have no intention of returning to this location and will actively discourage others from patronizing it.
In conclusion, businesses should prioritize hiring and training polite and customer-focused employees. Rude behavior not only drives away potential customers but also tarnishes the reputation of the business.
