Working with LHC has been Amazing for me, I had some major water damage and they saved my house. They are so nice and helpful and went above and beyond to make sure everything was fixed right and looks great. So happy with everything they did for me and I will definitely use them again for all of my repairs needed with my house and will recommend them to friends and family. Thank you so much! :)

The only thing I can say is these guys are great. It took them 2 days to complete the job and it is perfection. Everybody in their whole organization is great to work with. I'm going to definitely use them for more projects around the house.

LHC Services did a great job replacing our existing deck with a new screened porch. Lee and Alexis communicated with us effectively and work crews were punctual and were a pleasure to deal with. Time frame for completing this job was met and finished in about 30 days. All in all, this was a very good experience

We needed to replace our upstairs screened in porch after getting some water damage. Among the multiple contractors we looked at, LHC Services provided the fastest timeline and among the most competitive pricing. I really appreciate how communicative Lee and his team were throughout the entire project. We live in a fairly crowded part of the city and they were also very respectful and considerate with our neighbors. I’ll be going back to LHC services as my first choice for any and all work on my home in the future.

LHC did a great job on our new garage. I went with them because of their experience and ability to handle all aspects of the project - especially permitting. They were flexible with changes throughout the project and patient during all the ups and downs of a multi-month build.
The only thing I would’ve changed about our process wasn’t on LHC. I would’ve required 3D mock-ups from an architect and worked out every single detail prior to breaking ground (siding color, shingles, windows, fixtures, even outlet placement). It was great that LHC was so flexible but with that came the obvious price changes and some minor delays that could’ve been easily avoided if we were better prepared on the front-end of the project. Again, the changes were not LHC’s fault and we’re grateful they allowed/accommodated them.

I needed a new deck, new balcony deck, pillars on my front porch, storm door and kitchen door. Super fast to complete all of the projects and easy communication throughout. I will definitely work with them again and recommend them to people in the area. Thanks again!

We love our new composite deck and paver patio! An old treated lumber deck and crumbly patio were replaced. A new retaining wall along the patio was also installed.
LHC Services is a trustworthy, top-notch company. Lee was constantly checking on our project, making sure his crews were on task. Crews were friendly, reliable, and skilled. Alexis was in communication nearly every day. Working with LHC on this big project was a pleasure; if an issue popped up, Lee promptly sorted it to our satisfaction. We highly recommend!

Never called back even after I left multiple messages to at least tell me that they were not interested so I should start looking elsewhere. If they treat prospective customers like this, imagine what else they will do. Would most definitely NOT recommend LHC Services to anyone!!!! (I had to give one star because the richly deserved zero is not an option.)

These guys were the best. Professional, curious, helpful folks. Lee and Alexis were on the site everyday. The contractors were friendly and knowledgeable, they new what they were doing. Solid, quality work. I will call on them again.

Lee and his crew were great to work with. Lee always kept us informed of what to expect each week. His employees were always on task and respectful of our property. We were able to make changes along the way. His prices were very reasonable compared to other garage quotes we received. All of his employees are true craftsmen in their trade. LHC Services built me a new two story garage. I am beyond thrilled with it. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Lee Peck. LHC services did renovation of my 2 decks built in 1990th. And I can recommend them to anybody who is looking for reliable and quality contractor with realistic prices. After contract was signed passed just several days and they started their work. Always on time, always listening what customer ask and with excellent craftsmanship. It took just around 1 week to complete all job and I am very happy with result.

During this experience, this builder was a true professional which made the process very easy and at a reasonable price. I definitely recommend Lee and his crew. I also found a friend in him who is also a fellow veteran which he will make sure everything is taken care of and done well.
