They don’t care about their walk-in customers. Just had my 2nd incident at this location in recent months. Was doing maintenance on my riding mower and went to this location. I drove 6+/- miles to the store got my parts went home 6+/- miles and they sold me the wrong parts. I took the old parts to them along with my new parts and receipt. The correct filter was a few dollars more so I suggested that as I drove nearly 24 miles they should call it a wash. Unwilling to even consider my time spent. Today I went to get hydraulic fluid for my front end loader. I showed them the item and price on their website. Refused to match their own posted price. $62.99 on site but said wouldn’t match and said $80 was best they would die.

Many thanks to the fellow who solved my problem with a poor connection with a battery post. He recommended a shim and when he did not have it in stock suggested a competitor who did. It did the trick and I am most grateful.

Ordered online, waste of time. Upon pickup, they shorted me on the quantity for one of the items. Plus, they pulled the wrong part on the other item. It was obvious, but at first the guy jumped the gun without even double checking, telling me "You got what you ordered". Didn't have the class to say "sorry about that". Not what you'd expect from a NAPA store.

I cant recommend this location enough to everyone! Shout out to Store Manager, Malcolm, who greeted me the second I walked in the door & then went above & beyond to help me install the new windshield wipers as it was misting outside! He was so courteous & kind & I felt like a VIP customer. Each time I've been to this location, I've received amazing customer service! Highly recommend & thank you again to Malcolm!
