I bring my dog here each month to get her groomed. Great place and they do an awesome job. All the ladies here are excellent. Best prices in town for grooming and they also have a buy five get one free deal.

Matt was incredibly kind and helpful tonight as I was searching for items needed to treat my cat with a serious wound. What a stark difference from my experience with your competitor. When I arrived at THAT store tonight, I was “greeted” by a man with a mean look on his face because “he was frustrated that I was the 7th person to try to enter the store after they closed.” I pointed out that those 7 potential customers were following the hours posted online and on the door right where he stood (8pm not 7pm M-S). He just responded again with “we close at 7” and then quickly locked the door when yet another customer pulled up. It was strange and frustrating, and he was abrupt and snarky. So, I left and drove to Petsmart (where I should have started) and Matt greeted me with a smile and a super pleasant attitude. He seemed genuinely happy to be there. So was I. You are lucky to have him. I will be back.😊

You're damn right I said something about it as I was leaving the...
Explain to me why I'm catching an attitude simply for coming in and shopping and asking someone to check me out.
You were the one not at the register and I was the customer that had to wait a while I wasn't a dick about it I just waited patiently knowing someone would come eventually...
And now after waiting patiently my reward is catching an attitude from the clerk who wishes they were somewhere else apparently.

Overheard trainer recommending a prong collar to a student. Petsmart only allows for positive training techniques so who knows what else the trainer is doing against their accreditation training. It's a shame since their old trainer was effective at using positive training techniques and truly continued her education in positive training unlike this trainer.

I will never take my dog to Petsmart again! So we took are puppy to get the first puppy bath and she’s a 13 weeks old Great Pyrenees karakachan mix and we told them she hasn’t been leash trained yet and was told it might traumatize our poor baby so we dropped her off for the puppy bath and we came back 3 hours later when they called us we came to see them pulling and tugging on our puppy that’s on a leash and is screaming in terror because she’s on a leash and she peed all over her legs and the lady had the nerves to say oh it’s a puppy thing they didn’t even at least rinse her off we paid for the puppy bath and we got her even worse so we’re gonna have to give her a bath and we get home. NEVER AGAIN they can’t follow simple instructions with a puppy no less and obviously lacked common sense! Choose somewhere else for your poor babies so they don’t become traumatized like ours

My dog has cancer and they refused to sell me his dog food when I’ve been going for years. This would be his last bag of dog food ever. So thanks pet smart for being terrible with customer service and overall customer experience wouldn’t recommend going here ever the way they treat their animals while grooming is also upsetting to see
