“From the moment I walked in a breath of fresh air. After a long journey of trying to find somewhere to get my pet's medicine compounded this Little gem in Midlothian came to the rescue. The young man at the register was so kind and sweet, the pharmacist gave me choices of flavors for my pet, they have a nice assortment of products, they even have an old school soda fountain and grill. I was so pleased when I left and I really am looking forward to when I need to go back.”
“Wawa gas up the road is usually the same price and sometimes cheaper. Seems like there isn't a macro or some bot that actively searches and updates to provide better customer service for club members. I don't know, sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do for that P&L.”

“It's a gas station they sell gasoline you probably already knew this they sell nice hot water out there case is a hot water you can get a cold drink if you want that's that's about all there is to it I mean what more do you want from a gas station that's all there is to it sometimes the employee is nice sometimes they just talk to you through the window depends on who's working that day but that's just my opinion”

“Excellent pharmacy. They were very informative and went the extra mile to let me know when a vaccination would be available and why it wasn't yet. As soon as they knew, they immediately reached out (Edward in particular). I highly recommend.FYI They are able to give children 6+ mo the COVID-19 vaccine. It can be difficult to locate places that are able to do so (many only offer 18+ mo or 3+ yrs), especially this quickly after the FDA & CDC approval. They are on it.”

“I give this pharmacy 5 stars! I like the team of very dedicated pharmacists: Camron and Hillary. They always take the time to resolve a situation with your doctor’s office, answer your insurance questions, provide medication counseling, and assist with manufacturer recalls. They communicate insurance issues/challenges effectively and do so in a caring and friendly manner. Over the years, I have witnessed them helping countless elderly customers who seemed at a loss with their prescription issues. They also go the extra mile to get you discount cards or other programs to help you offset some of the co-pay costs.They are VERY busy and yet, 99% of the time, my prescriptions are refilled on the same day as I requested them through the automated phone system (which is very convenient and easy to navigate). We even fill our pet medications at this location. The scheduling for vaccinations is just as easy to do.I also want to acknowledge the Pharmacy Techs who are just as pleasant and helpful, just to name a few: Lyn, Kayla and Kristian.Our Kroger Pharmacists have always provided outstanding service.”
“I only wish that there were more stars available to give. I messed up and forgot to order a cake for my wife's 50th birthday in time to be ready for her party. I explained my situation to the Wes, I believe that he is the manager of the store. I don't know how he did it, but in under 24 hrs I have the exact cake that my wife wanted, and for a far better price than I would have paid at any of the stand alone bakeries I called. THANK YOU!!!!”

“This was the only CVS that had my Rx in stock AND helped me save 20 bucks! I had to transfer my Rx to this location since my original CVS didn't have it in stock (even after ordering it), but this place did. I did not see a drive thru but I'm so thankful for this place as they held my Rx for me plus saved me money.”

“It's fine for a Kroger. Shelves are usually stocked, produce is fairly standard, and prices are what you'd expect. Biggest negative is that cashier lines are normally not staffed. There may be one person to help ring. The self service stations are not all always open, so check out can take longer than it should for a store this size.”
“My wife and I cannot say enough great things about our pharmacy on Polo Parkway. The two pharmacists Carissa and Susan are amazing! They really make you feel like a priority. We’ve been to several other pharmacies in the area but the customer service at Walgreens’s Polo Parkway is the best!”
“I'm giving this Walgreens 5 stars. It clean and well stocked. The staff has always been very helpful. With that being said... if you want to use the pharmacy I would recommend finding a different pharmacy. They can't keep pharmacist so it been temporarily closed often lately.”
“Went in to use the restroom and grab a few things. Restrooms were clean, entire store was pretty clean actually. Plenty of registers open but I prefer self checkout, experience was very smooth.
The chicken tenders tasted very sad but that's not a huge deal”
“My first time here because store I normally go to couldn’t fulfill a service. The photo dept young male employee at this Walgreens very helpful, patient & knowledgeable. Pharmacy young female employee also patient courteous & open to my questions. My missions accomplished here so I will be back.

“I truly love that most people seem to not understand or want to put in the effort to use any pump regardless of what side your gas tank is on. There are signs everywhere saying the hoses are extended and can reach either side of your vehicle. Most people still treat it like a normal gas station and get in crazy lines 6 cars long letting me pull into the pumps they're avoiding!”
