Other than my vehicle getting stuck in reverse when I dropped off the truck everything else was great.

First time doing a Uhaul and could not have been easier! Also, even though I had put for self checkin, the gentleman at the counter did it for me anyway and was extremely helpful. The return was extremely easy too. All around, this was a seamless process, and the pick up people took effort to make it that way.
