I went in to make some returns through Amazon and happy returns.
I had the return shipping label on my phone and they told me they charge around $3! To print a label. That is extremely predatory to charge for something that is free everywhere(including them through happy returns). Fortunately I had it printed out in car which when I gave them they scanned printed out a sticker and put it on the box for free...so again it is just predatory pricing.
Not sure if all ups stores do this but I'll avoid this location at all costs and go to fedex / usps / another location.

James was knowledgeable and beyond helpful assisting me get a precious item shipped and packed so it would arrive undamaged. He offered several shipping options so I could choose the optimal arrival time for the recipient. It was so comforting having someone care so much about what I needed to accomplish. I am so impressed!

As a frequent visitor at UPS.. for years.. the staff there has ALWAYS been polite, professional and helpful. I actually live right down the street from a closer location BUT the one on Buford is my to go to! They deserve more recognition for their continuous outstanding customer service skills.. that is quite the rarity these days!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the UPS Store at 14241 Midlothian Tpke, Midlothian, VA 23113, and I have to commend the exceptional service provided by one of the sales representatives. Even though I mistakenly came to the UPS Store instead of FedEx, she went above and beyond to assist me. My package was untapped and unprepared, but she kindly took care of everything with a smile. Her professionalism and willingness to help made a potentially stressful situation completely stress-free. I’m very grateful for her assistance and will definitely choose this UPS Store for my future needs!

I am very disappointed with the service I am receiving from a lost package.
I sent my son the checks he received from university for his research work as he is away at school. I chose UPS because of the tracking ability and insurance, so am very disappointed that it has been over a week and have not received any response or resolution. As a graduate student those funds are critical and the run around ame indifference I’ve received is extremely disappointing. I have called 3 different corporate numbers, sent messages through social media and attempted to send an email through the UPS site, but kept receiving a “bad gateway” message. I’ve been repeatedly referred back to the store with no resolution. I have been a long time patron of this store using the services several times a month, but this experience has been unnerving and I can not recommend the store to anyone.

The worker was extremely friendly and natural to talk to! He did a great job explaining the process of international shipping and getting me the best deal! I was super pleasantly surprised that they are doing 30% of international shipping! I have mailed documents to South Korea a bunch of times before, and this process was the most smooth and inexpensive. I know my documents are in safe hands!
