At the time, they didn’t have one available, so I settled.
A few days later, I saw they posted a Lexus SUV. I took a chance to just ask if a trade might be possible. I was okay if they said no but closed mouths don’t get fed….Not only did they say that they could make it work but they made it easy.They were fair, upfront, and worked with me on the price difference. Even though the taxes and warranty had already been processed on the Milan, they didn’t nickel and dime me or take advantage. They gave me a fresh 90-day warranty on the Lexus and made sure everything was handled the right way.Then just a few days later, something unexpected happened: the Lexus wouldn’t move forward at a stoplight. I messaged them that night, and they were out there first thing the next morning. They test drove it, checked everything over, and drove it back to the shop to look into it. And they didn’t leave me stranded, they let me drive the Milan again while they figure out what’s going on.
Most dealerships would’ve said, “you bought it, it’s yours.” But not them.They showed up, cared and kept their word. I’m sending my son to them next, because I trust them. THEY ARE FAIR!! And I love that, If you’re in Richmond and looking for a car, go to Express Auto.”

Then a phone call and an appointment to visit his dealership 81 miles away . We arrived and were treated like we really mattered to him . I’m wheel chair bound and he made our trip worthwhile . “Not going to tell you what to buy or what not to buy but I am ASE certified in Coolant and oil recycling. The "recycled" anti freeze here is filtered with an old sock in the bottom of a rusty steel drum. The only thing recycled about it is when you put it in your car. Chesterfield auto parts is a wonderful place to get parts. That's about it. Don't bother walking in there with a story either because they canned the only guy that actually enjoyed talking to the customers. A bad employee isn't always a corrupt employee. Sometimes just being a jerk is what makes you a bad apple. And Chesterfield auto parts has an orchard of them. They will have this review removed most likely. But in reality if you stop buying antifreeze that would cause major issues because they have enough problems allocating the antifreeze every year as it is. The stuff is great if you're trying to test a radiator though. The antifreeze has its purpose but IT IS NOT "recycled" as they claim it to be. I went to school for that stuff I would know. Also if you were looking to make a documentary on OSHA violation's this place is an absolute gold mine for ya. The pictures and videos I have alone are violation worthy. There is also an employee at the Southside location that speaks EXTREMELY POORLY of I would say about 95% of the clientele as soon as they leave the sales floor. Will even go back on camera and show multiple employees and proceed to slander the people they are doing business with. Yes, this a person of authority. Still. A wonderful place to purchase used auto parts. 10/10”

“I love working with these guys! We just bought our SECOND car from Chris and Auto Discounters! What I love about this place are the variety of cars and how budget- and value-conscious the dealership seems to be. Their inventory tends to be older cars, maybe high-mileage to some (but usually for the age of the cars, the mileage isn't bad at all!). What I'm trying to say is that they seem to balance affordability, quality, age of the car, and mileage. To me, that's a winning combination (as someone who only buys used cars). Chris is a DELIGHT to work with. He's always been fair and upfront with us.
