Staff is great but self service options are continually out of order.

Had a issue with a missed delivery, the guy upfront went out of his way to fix the issue and grab the package for me!

There needs to be more than one self service kiosk. But the USPS employees seemed pleasant and were smiling, and one of them really helped me out with confirming a prepaid label that wouldn’t scan when he wasn’t even technically working the counter. The stars are for him!
