I’ve never had anything come through here for myself, but I sent out a package the other day and the lady at the counter was very nice :), overall, sending a package was a smooth experience

This place is very hit or miss. Sometimes my packages ship easily but others get sent back for no reason even when shipping cost, weight, and sizes are all correct. Wouldn’t recommend

Very nice. Small staffed, but very responsive and excellent in their attentiveness. If you need a large facility - go to the Genito Post office.
