This is type of post office that makes you think it’s time to get rid of usps. They lose packages, they deliver once a week at best. And that’s to a regular neighborhood where it was almost daily a few years ago. I ship with fed ex or ups whenever I can.

Never deliver my packages to the right address, my first package was returned to me ripped open by someone and I have yet to receive my other that was claimed to be delivered. I’m truly disappointed.

I wanted to send a Christmas card to a coworker in the Philippines. While I thought I knew what I was doing, I quickly realized I should have preplanned just a bit better. Thankfully Kendra and the rest of the team members here were able to help me decipher the address and get everything sorted quickly! It was also incredible to see how efficiently the line was moving during one of the busiest times of the year. We're lucky to have people like Kendra working in our post offices, and to have USPS as a service.

My mail service is horrible, I thought it was taking care of, but here we go again! I had a package that stated that it was delivered to my mailbox, but of course no package. I have to mailbox’s ( which I found all my previous packages) which I only have a key to one! They were supposed to fix the problem!!!! Like wtf!!! Why can’t they get it right and FIX IT!!!!

I have done a Change of Address 4 times with this post office and they still have not started to forward my mail to my new home..out of state! I can't just drive down the road to get my mail anymore. And if you try to call, they don't answer or they pick up and hang up.

I'm not sure why, but the older woman working the counter this afternoon was stand-offish and rude. The younger lady working with her was a little better but not by much. Neither were helpful at all. And why is USPS charging 3.99 just to attach a printed out shipping label to a package? Next time, I'll just use FedEx or UPS, I won't even have to touch the package with them and their workers are generally nicer.

I spend about 80k per year on shipping labels.
About 2 months ago one of the usps employees was giving my employees a hard time about leaving the drop off packages on the counter, so I asked a “manager” what we were supposed to do. After being advised that we should be leaving them on the counter, the rude employee took it upon herself to write a not that says “no small packages” on the counter. We got a picture of the note and spoke to another “supervisor”.
My employees didn’t feel comfortable going in to this location anymore, so I started dropping them off myself. On a Saturday morning, on of the mangers yelled at me telling me to leave the packages and “GO, GET OUT!”. I explained how this has impacted my business and how they were so rude to my employees and now me as well.
A few weeks later, I started getting emails from my customers stating that they are now receiving empty packages. On May 2nd we dropped off several packages and they are arriving to my customers completely empty and the packages are re-taped. Aside from the several stolen packages, I am getting emails from more customers from May 2nd stating that their packages haven’t even moved. This is an establishment of federal employees, that are tampering with packages. This is so childish and unbelievable.

Another package lost. If I see my package is getting delivered by USPS, I consider it gone at this point.

I do not know if USPS just looks for the most useless, incompetent, rude, lazy people to hire but it sure does seem like it. USPS has lost 18 packages over the years and I have never ever seen or heard of those packages again, but as soon as I go in to ask for an update for a package that I UNFORTUNATELY had to send through USPS I get treated as a damn joke. And of course I couldn't get an update because god forbid they have to go in the back and check for it!

Took forever. Waited for computers to come up, only for credit card machines to still not work. Had no cash, so I had to go to another post office. Basically spent 20 minutes to accomplish nothing.

always packed, slow service, dirty/dusty and self service machine is never in working condition.

I just had to visit to send my information for a passport and they were very helpful. They gave me what I needed and we were done quickly. They were very nice to my kids as well and gave them stickers.
