Laurenzo was great and made the transfer so easy for me. I thought I was going to have to reinstall all my apps. I was thrilled when ALL apps transferred over. LOVE my new phone!

My Verizon associate was Lorenzo, at the Chattanooga shopping center, he made the whole process of changing my plan and purchasing two new phones easy. Lorenzo was very patient, informative and a good conversationist. We are happy with our purchase and our continued service with Verizon.

This review is specifically for Choice. I worked with her yesterday to transfer my coverage from another provider and her service was wonderful! She helped me through the whole process and troubleshooted issues we encountered. But her people skills are what really stood out.
It's never fun going to the phone store, but she made it a more enjoyable experience. She interacted with my son and daughter while we were there and just made us feel comfortable.
Choice provided a 5 star experience and I've already told others that if they need to go to Verizon they should come to this location and ask for Choice.

Had to wait a little bit but only one person was working so considering the wait was nominal. Markey was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Got me set up no problem.

Lorenzo was amazing. He took time to acknowledge each customer even though the store was busy. He was knowledgeable about everything and gave me options. He kept the mood light, so we didn't mind waiting. Excellent customer care.

Very great experience. Tweedy was super helpful and explained the whole transfer process in a simple way. We were able to get new iPhones and accessories and walk out with no issues. 10/10 recommend.

Shante(sorry if misspelled) was amazing! I was in 3 times trying to figure out my home Internet and phone situation. She remembered me every time after the first time! She finally helped me close the deal and I couldn't be more happy! Now I just got to get use to the new phone.
This was the Tennessee Plaza location.
