Really hate this location. I walked through the door and nobody said anything to me. ANDREW was so rude when I walked through the door. I had came in to activate a phone I previously bought and before even asking me anything he immediately said “you could of done this at home, all you have to do is turn the phone on” …. First of all, I bought this phone from my credit line for my daughter so I have to switch the numbers. 2nd, I want to make sure everything is transferred so I don’t have to keep coming back into the store.. like I always do. I know what I can do at home but I choose to hop in my vehicle and drive to Verizon to get help from a Verizon employee. Rude customer service. Unwilling to help a customer out and very unsatisfied with the welcoming into the building. No hey, hellos, how you doing, be right with you from NO EMPOLYEE !
I do want to acknowledge DEVIN!!!!! He has been fantastic since I bought the phone. ( he was in the back when I arrived the second time and came out and immediately jumped in and assisted) One of the best and will ONLY be coming into this location because of him!

Alleged Store Manager Victoria Clarke will belittle and demean customers who ask for ADA accessible seating so they're not forced to stand if the only seating inside the store, which is two backless benches placed together, is occupied. Would not recommend engaging with her or anyone else at this location.

Way better customer service than AT&T down the road! Walked in and was met with nothing but help. Haven’t even decided if I’m going with Verizon but I probably will based on the experience at this store. Victoria is who I mostly dealt with and she was great!

Jackie and Elijah went above and beyond to try to help us with your account. Great customer service, very friendly. Will continue to go to this location. Do not recommend the Courthouse/Hull St location.

Everyone there is lazy and after waiting over an hour they continue to sit and talk about lunch and still helping the same people as when we walked in. At least 10 people left with us. Fire them all. The manager is worthless too.

This store sucks. You close 1 hour earlier than all others. I just wanted to pick up something I ordered on line and they would let me get it. I explained I couldn’t come back till next week. I’m so upset!

Jackie and Devin were so much help to us. We came in on a Saturday morning and were helped instantly. We had a lot to do, moving two phones from different plans onto a new plan AND upgrading those two phones. The phone updates and moving information over takes the longest time but that’s just how phones work. All staff we interacted with were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely return to this store the next time I need something!

Update: 3 years later, I just got a new phone and this was the very next time stepping inside this store. You should remind the sales guy not to transfer service to a brand new phone that isn’t even out of the box or opened yet because it’s really annoying going grocery shopping after picking up a new phone and realizing that your old cellphone doesn’t have service anymore 🥲 I think I’ll go to a different Verizon now kthx 🫠🫠🫠
I swear every time I come in here they are literally no help.
