Worst store experience EVERYTIME I GO!!!! They can't never help over the phone they always want you to come BACK to the store.... this store needs help and training

I went here to get a new phone and I had a iPhone 12 at the time with 128gb and was using 96 of said GBs and I was interested in a 15 pro with 128gb and the sales rep lady said that I NEEDED a 256 and didn’t even offer me any other option and basically said that I required a 256 right off the bat like she was telling me how to spend my money and then went and grabbed a 256… no offers for any other phone basically made me buy it. I also asked her what the benefit of a payment plan was and she said I’d save 800 dollars, and that I’d be paying 40 dollars monthly for 36 months for the phone…which totals to 1440, 300 dollars more than the upfront price. either I’m wrong or it’s a terrible scam. Ended up buying the phone in full because of that.

This store has an educated, honest, and hard-working employee named Kevin. Last evening I came into the store and indicated to Kevin that I was having a few problems with my phone accessing the internet while I was out of my house. Kevin assessed my phone and fixed my problem in about 10-15 minutes, while I waited. I truly hope corporate reads this evaluation because Kevin deserves a raise or a promotion.

Felt like I was bothering them. Well over $!000 for new phone and had to pull information from salesperson. I've had used car sale persons that made me feel much more appreciated.I love Verizon but think I'll find a different store next time.

Idle, Rude employees.We went in. There was one salesperson helping another couple, no other customers and 3 employees at the front desk. They got our number and said we were next. We waited for about 15-20 minutes with 3 idle employees at the counter, so we started to leave. A woman asked if we found everything we wanted and I said no, we were never helped. The guy who checked us in said we were next in line for the next sales rep. We asked if any of them could help us and he repeated the same thing about the sales rep in a super rude tone, clearly annoyed, not answering if any of them could help us. We left very upset.

If I only would have delt with Raven. He went out of his way to help me with an issue I have had for months. I would have given this store a 5 star if it wasnt for Ahnalea who I had first. She was extremely rude and made no effort to help me. It's a shame how employees treat customers these days. I guess like they say good help is hard to find.

Couldn't help me, had to pass me off to someone in NoVA and they would call me. Walked out and did what I needed to on line. So much for customer service.

went to this location on 8/21 to switch to our old phone numbers. i’ve had some awful experiences with verizon before.brennan is the absolute best, friendliest, and most caring customer service employee i’ve ever had the chance to meet. he listened to our problems and solved them immediately, walked us through exactly what we needed to do, and even took over a call to customer service when they couldn’t figure out what to do next, and got the problem solved right away. on top of all of this, he was doing all of this with incredible attention to detail while also helping multiple other customers at once. i am so thankful for all of the help he provided us. i highly recommend this verizon location.

The nice girl I think her name was Ahnalea, who helped me with my phone issues was so helpful! I have been dealing with my phone telling me I had no service on and off for months and it was so annoying ! Come to find out I needed to change my SIM card ! She was so helpful and understanding. Thank you . I also have Verizon internet and needed to return the router after an apartment fire and she kindly told me which Verizon I needed to take it to when the people over the phone weren’t helpful! She definitely knows her stuff !

They tried to help me with my problem but to no avail, went back a second time still nothing.maybe time for a new phone company. At the very least so new associates little Mrs attitude . Not listening to anything.

The one who greeted me was very helpful. The other 4 or 5 people were all on their phones didn't even greet me. I ordered my phone new online and got it sent to the store to pick up. The man went in the back to grab my phone and that was it. No trouble at all.
