“I’m a new client at Common Wealth Animal Hospital and had an excellent experience. The front desk staff provided outstanding customer service, always friendly and helpful with timely appointment openings. My cat received excellent care and the prices are very reasonable. Dr. Cindy Charbonneau was caring, attentive, and thorough, taking the time to understand every detail to identify exactly what was going on with my furry friend. I highly recommend this clinic to everyone!! ?”

“My first visit with Sycamore Veterinary was great! The overall look and feel is very calming and comfortable. The Vet, Dr. Hadank was absolutely amazing. She was easy to talk to and wonderful with my cat. She took a lot of care in working with my cat who was quite anxious. I will definitely recommend this veterinary hospital to everyone!!”

“LOVE the entire Midlothian Animal Clinic experience! Our pets have seen several doctors and each one has treated us with care, respect, and truly listened to our concerns. The support staff is fantastic - the front desk and vet techs are top notch. Fees are reasonable too, making sure we can get vet care without breaking the bank.”

“They got us in very quickly and saw our pup super quick. Luckily it was not as dire as we had expected and we were sent on our way home about an hour and a half later. Their diagnosis and discharge instructions were excellent. So far so good on our dog's recovery. We are keeping our fingers crossed he keeps healing and progressing well. Thanks VVC!”

“We have been taking our cats here for 3 years. They've helped our family through losing our two elderly girls and establishing care with them with our adopted fur babies later has been easy.

My mom has a hearing impairment and Dr. Natalie speaks clearly and is patient when asked to repeat things. She treats the humans and the animals with dignity and love! We always request her specifically, but for emergencies (like with our elders) other team members have been delightful as well. They never push expensive products on us and are honest about potential side effects of drugs.

It does seem like the front staff is always training new people. I'm not sure what that is about, because everyone seems happy there.”

“First time patients. We choose this location out of convenience, as we live in Tarrington, so it’s close to our home. My first call I was told there would be a $60 new pet fee per pet. $120. I failed to ask if this would go towards the overall bill.

This wasn’t the case, so I paid $120 dollars for the privilege of being allowed to bring my pets there. I’ve had diagnostics test on a car or made reservations and had to place a monetary hold, but it would go to the over all bill. In these cases. I was still charged an additional $242 dollars for service and the $120 was listed. So $360 plus dollars.

I will return, but I’ve called other Vets already, just being proactive and none have mentioned a new pet fee. Nor has any veterinary office that I’ve taken my pets to in the past, which we’ve moved to a lot of states and have had a lot of Vets. Moving forward, we’ll see.”

“We have found an abandoned litter of kittens and called in a little bit of a panic. The staff was so friendly and helpful and gave us an appointment for the next day! I had called around and other vets couldn't see us for over a week... When we got there again, the staff was so friendly and kind. We saw Dr. Ingrid and she was absolutely amazing. She took time to answer all of her questions and we never felt rushed. So grateful to have found this caringclinic.”

“Dr. Rice is the best. World class care for my pups.

The previous review wasn’t for leverage. I explained it was so I would know the doc would read it. I didn’t trust the contact form to give the real sentiments to the doc.”

“We’ve been lucky enough to have this center take care of all of our four legged animals. They were instrumental in saving our abused rescue 10 years ago. Not only were they there on his intake from animal control, they were able to collect the evidence needed to prosecute his abuser and come out with a conviction. They gave him love and hope until we were able to rescue him, once his court ordeals were over. We had a rescue cat come to us with an unusual bacteria infection that took all their expertise to figure out, and ended up saving the rest of the feral colony. We’ve had a rescue got that had thyroid issues, a cat with digestive issues,a cat hit by a car, you name it and they’ve helped us every step of the way. just recently we got a HUGE puppy dropped off on our doorstep and brought him in and we were met with nothing but love and a genuine excitement to have a new animal added to their practice. This practice has been nothing but compassionate, our best and biggest advocates and part of our family. Their knowledge and advice is always on point and welcome. They never judge whatever issues we are having and work tirelessly to give all of us the best outcome. I have never been pushed to do expensive procedures or unnecessary work even when we were still trying to diagnose things. We are so very grateful for this vet and can’t imagine taking all my high maintenance animals anywhere else.”

“I brought in my 19 year old cat who had never been seen at Brandts before. We have recently moved to the area. My cat had stopped eating and was wasting away. I knew it was time to put her down. The team at Brandt's were very kind and compassionate. They didn't make me wait long in the reception area. They ushered me into a private room and took very good care of my cat while putting her to rest. Then I could leave without stopping at the reaction area. I received a very nice handwritten card a week later. I appreciate how well we were cared for at this office. Bless you all for your mercy and care that you showed us.”

“My partner and I are new to the area, we moved here with our 4 cats and 1 dog. Our spicy orange cat was having some scooting issues and needed his annual wellness exam and vaccines. We first booked an appointment at Animal Medical Center and they were unable to do anything because the vet tech said he was lunging at her. Upon their suggestion we booked an appointment for the next day and gave our cat (3)100 mg doses of gabapentin in order to ensure that he could get the necessary bloodwork and care he needed. After 5 minutes of our arrival, yet again they were unable to do anything for him. I left very frustrated and with my cat who was so high and scared and still needed care. So, I called Woodlake Animal Hospital and from the moment they picked up the phone our experience was so different. They were able to get us in an 1.5 later. Naturally we were a bit skeptical given our earlier experience in the day at AMC. However, when we arrived we were greeted warmly by their entire front desk staff, 3 practice cats and a completely welcoming environment for our anxious cat. The vet tech Bonnie came into the room and was attentive, listened to our concerns, read our cat’s chart thoroughly and instructed us to let him out of the bag and allow him to get acclimated to the environment. She was so kind and patient and waited to see how he would respond to her so that we could make best decisions for what was needed. Well, our orange boy hissed at her so she got out a Delectables and he warmed right up to her (sort of). The doctor came in next and realized that our cat would probably do best if we held him during the exam which went great! Next, we needed to get a urine sample and bloodwork. The doctor and team quickly assessed that care needed to be done in the room, with us, and one other team member. I cannot say enough about this team of loving, caring, fun, gentle veterinary practice. Our cat went through 5 Delectables in order to get the necessary bloodwork done so that we didn’t have to drug him yet another time. This was the absolute BEST experience we have ever had at any practice! If you have a cat fur baby, look nowhere else this is the place! But, if you don’t this practice is just filled with a team that utterly understands and cares about animals! We have found our new Vet for all 5 of our babies! Thank you so much to EACH and every ONE of you today who led with care and kindness above and beyond!”
