Extremely slow service with managers/other staff in rooms with closed doors. Nobody seemed willing to help when I was making a sizeable withdrawal. I waited for over 20 min with only 1 cashier and I was the third customer. Finally a new teller arrived, but when I got up there she needed change. When I asked what we were waiting for she said to get change. I asked can’t anyone help you get change and she we just had to wait for all the other customers to be taken care of before they could help. I went to the roll and started asking the other workers if they could help her.Very poor customer service

They need to change I don’t understand why is so slow on drive thru spent one hour to get service and there are 2 people on the windows it doesn’t make any sense why they take to long yall need to find people who want to work or closed this branch unbelievable.

This is without a doubt, one of the WORST Wells Fargo branches that I have EVER dealt with. DO NOT GO TO THIS ONE. I previously had a problem with this branch scheduling an appointment with me and then not having a qualified person available for what I had scheduled. I stopped going there for several years. Recently I made the mistake of going back to this branch and immediately experienced problems again. If you MUST bank with Wells Fargo - first of all, check out other banks - you can do better! And secondly, SKIP the branch at 7202 Midlothian Tpke! Go to Forest Hill or Jahnke Rd instead! They do a much better job of treating their customers with care & respect and handling accounts properly.

This branch has terrible customers service and doesn't support it's customers who experience identity theft. Wells Fargo is demonstrably the worst large bank that takes the most advantage of their customers. Look up the case where they lost/misplaced mortgage payments on almost 1000 people's houses incorrectly, foreclosed on them without legitimate cause and then only gave them $10k in damages years after the mistake was acknowledged. WF is a parasite that does not deserve anyone's business!

Machine broke and would not dispense cash, it was already withdrawn from the account and funds will not be replaced until up to ten business days. That leaves me high and dry in the meantime, not impressed WF. This bank is terrible for working class ppl.

I'm a store manager for a nearby retail store and was having an issue with receipts for my deposits. I spoke with Jennifer and she tried multiple ways to help me until she found a solution that would work for me. She was kind and extremely helpful. On top of her customer service abilities she was able to get me what I needed right away and met me at the door ready to go. I always have a busy schedule and little time to spare so I'm a so grateful for Jennifer's help. Great job!

Zero Stars Zero Stars . ZERO stars . FINALLY getting my account closed. I've been saying it for years but today drew that line. I set an appointment online and called to verify what I was looking to be done could be done only to be told that they did not see an appointment in the system for me and if I showed up with my appointment confirmation I would be turned away and told to reschedule.. how do you keep the money in a bank that you do not have access to hardly even speak to someone. What if I didn't call and took off to work because of "online scheduling issues."

Wells Fargo Is The Worst Bank I Ever Had ?I Know 10 people who already left there bank because they are very unprofessional and they will give you extra fees just to get money out of you if anybody has wells fargo please be aware you will be charge hidden fees and more overdraft fees your best bank to try is Bank Of America they work with you and they are very professional!

The Bank mgr and the tellers are always polite,friendly and very helpful. They let you know they appreciate your business unlike some of the other banks.
