They claimed wells fargo doesn't do ACH transfers which isn't true. They additionally told another man in line that they don't have time to help him in person and to call the wells fargo customer service line instead despite him asking to discuss the issue in person

This is the worst service I have ever received. I requested some statements, but they refused to print them for me; instead, they told me they would be mailed to my address. Two weeks have passed—I wonder if they are still printing them?

Don’t go here at 2pm or 3 pm trying to open any account it’s a waste of time it’s not even 3:15pm I’m surely taking my Business elsewhere
