“Good place! Service! Have had a couple of silly issues like repeated text to remind me to pick up my RX that I picked up yesterday, not an issue got a little giggle.”

“I consistently have a wonderful experience at the Walgreens location in Louisa. The store is clean, well maintained, and exceptionally well stocked, making it easy to find exactly what I need without any hassle. The organization and availability of products truly set this location apart.
The photo center is outstanding and deserves special recognition. I place my photo orders online, pay in-store, and am able to pick them up the same day—an incredibly convenient and efficient process. The print quality is excellent, and the staff in the photo department are knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely committed to ensuring customer satisfaction.
What truly elevates this location, however, is the staff. Every employee I’ve encountered has been friendly, professional, and eager to help, creating a welcoming and positive shopping experience from start to finish.
Overall, this Walgreens stands out for its reliable same-day photo services, well-stocked shelves, and exceptional customer service. It is a dependable, customer-focused location that I highly recommend and will continue to visit.”

“Staff in the pharmacy have always been quick and efficient, and made sure that everyone was taken of in a quick manner so that customers don't wait long in line. I was even offered a water bottle during a hot day while waiting, which was very kind.”
“I had read some of the reviews before coming here, and I admit I was a little skeptical. I’m glad I decided to see for myself.
I’ve learned that people who take the time to write reviews are often those who had either an exceptionally positive or exceptionally negative experience. Most people, myself included, receive good service, say thank you, and go about their day without posting a review.
During my visit, I had the opportunity to observe some of the challenges the pharmacy staff face on a daily basis. Many situations that frustrate customers—such as medication shortages, insurance issues, legal and regulatory restrictions, prescriptions not being sent correctly, or unexpected costs—are often beyond the pharmacist’s control. Yet the pharmacist and staff are frequently the ones who absorb the frustration and anger that come with those situations.
What stood out to me most was seeing the pharmacy staffed by only two team members during a holiday week. That’s an incredibly demanding workload and puts a great deal of pressure on the staff. Despite that, they continued helping patients as professionally and efficiently as possible.
It’s important to remember that there are often two sides to every story. My experience was positive, and I left with a greater appreciation for the work pharmacists and pharmacy staff do under difficult circumstances. Thank you for your hard work and dedication—please keep it up.”
