“I've been with Navy Federal for over 15 years, and the only complaint I've ever had at any branch is wait times, and that probably my fault for always coming in on weekend. Our local branch is always friendly and helpful. I've had my mortgage, car loans, and a personal loan at Navy Fed and they've always been accommodating and patient. When furlough hit because of a Government shutdown, Navy Fed was there, first with overdraft protection and now with their new guaranteed 0% interest late-paycheck loans. Great internet rates and customer support as well. I couldn't be happier, and I'll be a customer for as long as I can reach a branch.”
