I was taken care of by Katelyn and was I pleasantly surprised by the level of engagement and presence that this young woman gave me. She was personable, took her time, answered my many questions often with a smile, and was quite knowledgeable about all the many different offerings that the bank has. In addition, she always double checked anything that she wasn't 100% certain of. She evoked a sense of trust and I appreciated the advice and suggestions when I asked for it.
