After droppping off my car, Billy would call and infom me of the progress on my car from receiving the ok for the estinate, receiving the car parts into the shop to begin repairs, to explaining that he didn't approve of the trim that was sent and would be switching it out. “Got my truck evaluated at a different shop and they quoted me for a part of $1700. I called Salisbury and they said they could do it for $1300 when I dropped it off Paul called and told me that the part that the original shop tried to quote me for wasn’t even damaged! He found a different part that needed work on that was made by the previous shop evaluation. Got new tires, wheel alignment and fix all in the same day. Saved me a lot of money and time! Will definitely go here again for my truck!”
“I can’t say enough good things about this shop. The customer service and communication were top-notch, directly from the owners, which you don’t see often anymore. They were honest and gave me advice based on what they’d do if it were their own boat instead of trying to upsell me on the most expensive gear. The communication was elite, at one point I couldn’t get through on the phone and the owner personally reached out to make sure I had a direct contact. That was a game changer. They’re easy to work with, fast, and deliver high-quality work. I’m moving out of state, but I’ll still come back here for my audio needs because they’re just that good. Highly recommend! They installed a Rockford Fosgate sound system and LED lighting on my center console boat”

They are always super friendly and work fast; just pull up, tell them what you need, and they get right to work. And not to mention their prices are very fair. “Bought tires online and made an appointment on a Friday at 11:30am. Dropped car off, let them know I didn’t have the tool to take off the Audi lug bolt covers, they said they had one, no problem. Installed the tires on my 2021 S4 in about 1.5 hours even though it was during the time most places would be at lunch. Price for Michelin Pilot Sport All Season 4 was hundreds less than anywhere else!”

The best part is the head light buffing I needed to pass inspection. This is a 2011 car and the yellow haze was pretty bad. They really made them look great!”

Super honest and upfront, never suggest work you don't need, and I've even had them tell me that what I came in to have done wasn't necessary. The only mechanics I've ever had save me money! My vehicle is almost old enough to graduate high school, and these guys take great care of her. Once I had a tire go flat a few days after they installed it and they replaced it totally free of charge, when it probably wasn't their fault at all.
