When Dave walked him through the invoice, the level of detail actually made the pricing feel honest, not like he was being upcharged for something he didn't need.
They also flagged a caliper that's starting to wear and will need attention down the road. Instead of pushing for a fix that day, Dave gave him a straight answer on the real timeline before it becomes an actual problem. “I HIGHLY recommend Alex’s Tire Depot and Road service. My tire had a long, thick bolt in it and I needed to fix it immediately. Edin arrived earlier than he stated on a Sunday morning. I was so anxious that the tire could not be fixed with a plug but Edin assured me in the most kind and calm manner that my tire was going to be just fine. He offered for me to come to the shop when it was open and he would also patch it if I wanted.

My Kia Niro now sounds as good as my home system! The Niro hybrid comes with a bass centered Harmon Kardon system which is muffled compared to this. You won't go wrong with Car Toyz!”

“I was in from out of town memorial day weekend. I had a slow leaking flat. I called 5 places who all either didn’t have the tires, didn’t want to look too hard or didn’t have availability. I called here. They had two options and told me not to rush or miss the games I was in town to see. They did a great job and even worked past 5PM Sunday evening before memorial day to complete the job so I could head home in a timely fashion. Highly recommend”
