Hey there’s something we don’t wanna chase and then didn’t charge us for at least looking at it.

We were able to chase it down, but I didn’t want to take the time to work on it, but the fact that they work on everything from our diesel trucks down to our Prius and they’re honest every time even when it’s something that doesn’t fit in the wheelhouse they’ll always be our first choice.”

“On December 2, 2025 I found myself in a predicament. I'm a 78 year old widow who was away from home on this cold, rainy day with a dead battery. I tried charging it with my Halo Bolt portable charger. Not powerful enough to do the job. I tried to contact roadside assistance through my insurance company multiple times. They never responded. I called a friend who came to my aid. I also carry jumper cables in my car which we connected to her car battery. That didn't work either. Very frustrated and fearful that I probably had a major, expensive problem on my hands, my friend drove me to Titan Auto on Hull Street to seek help. I have used them exclusively for all my auto needs since moving to Moseley 7 years ago and therefore trusted they would give me honest advice. I was not disappointed. Store manager, Corey Mooberry, took compassion on me. He grabbed a large, powerful portable charger and off we went back to my car, which started up immediately upon connection to his charger. I drove back to Titan to make an appointment to have my battery replaced and to pay my bill for the jump. He refused payment for the jump and would not even accept a tip for his trouble. Then he went the absolute extra mile by dropping everything and replacing my battery himself right then and there. I certainly did not expect him to do that, but once again he showed me great compassion, as he feared I would find myself in the same situation again if I waited. Corey was my Christmas angel that day. In today's busy, impersonal world you rarely encounter people or businesses that truly care about others enough to go that extra mile, especially to those of us who are elderly and most often overlooked and our needs dismissed as being too much troubke”
