“The facility that I keep my stuff at in Richmond Virginia has taken care of my storage and incredibly well the manager of the facility has been very responsive to any type of questions I have and it's help me out with lowering my bill seeing how I pay every month on time with no questions no late fees or nothing but to find out that extra storage company itself is trying to get the most out of me.. But the manager of the facility and the people that work there are just incredible I recommend this facility”

“The ladies on duty were very friendly and helpful and the truck was clean and operated well. Before I checked out they made sure to ask me if everything went well with my rental. I will definitely consider this location again for my next U-Haul rental need.
I do wish that the 10ft truck had an attached loading ramp. It would have been helpful.”

Eric helped me get the best rate by explaining pick up and drop off times. Last year the owner gave us so much information on a few cars we were looking to buy. He was the most knowledgeable salesperson I have ever spoken with. I have been renting U-hauls for 20+ years for an art show here in town and now....I look forward to getting the truck since the whole staff is so amazing!!! “The trailer was ready when I arrived at the store. The check-in process was easy and fast. The gentleman working the counter came out and help with the trailer. He was nice and polite. The drop off process went smooth and also was easy. I went inside, the gentleman was polite and nice. He checked me in, came out with the jack stand to help with discounting the trailer. The entire process only took a few minutes each time, A+ experience.”
