“So in this day and age it is hard to trust what someone is telling you. We put our faith in this dealership and drove 7 hours to see the vehicle. When he says there is no rust on a 2005 Tacoma Truck there is no rust. It was well worth the drive.”
“I wanted to move down to a smaller truck. I was given a tip by friend about a truck they had. I knew the staff but never bought from them. When I went I was greeted by warm unpressured staff. Aftter driving the truck it took less than an hour to complete everything. I was offered gap insurance and the sales staff asked not pressured or tried to sell me on a 3 year extended warranty. I felt it was a smart move. I was comfortable with them and knew they spoke honestly.
They told me if I ever had trouble with the truck to bring it to them first. A few day after buying the truck the air condition compressor failed. I called and they said bring it right to them. They brought me home and the truck was fixed the next day. They asked the repair shop to move my truck in front of others because I use my truck for my business.
While at the police academy doing business I locked myself out. I have 2 sets of keys and locked them both in the truck. I called city motors 20 minutes later my truck was unlocked. They refused to take payment. A locksmith would charge about 170 dollars
If you haven't figured out by now. City motors staff are honest. They adopt you and want you to be satisfied. I came in knowing them as acquaintance. I left with new friends who I feel I can rely upon not just with a truck problem.but like the lock out situation. I can depend on them in any situation
