“We had to get our 15 year old chihuahua put to sleep and they were absolutely amazing from beginning to end. They let us take as much time with her as we needed. They answered any and all questions we had. They were gentle with our baby. And today we picked up her ashes and I’m just amazed at what they did. They put her nose print and paw print on paper. They made a stone with her paw print and her name and birth stone on it. And as much as I miss my baby I’m happy all around with our experience with them.”
“It was ok, not the best experience. They gave my dog the wrong color even though his records said what his color was and what I wrote his colors. My dog never had an issue at a vet clinic but he seemed stressed here”
