Crystal was very helpful, pleasant and professional. There was a young man, I didn't catch his name, who helped me with a question about the navigation system. It has been pleasant dealing with the service department. I know my car is going to run well.

2 stars because the oil changed took 1 hour total, which is reasonable. However, within 30 minutes of leaving my check engine light came on for the first time ever. How ironic? Now I’m having to find somewhere to take it to get looked at. Not happy about this.
