It took a while for parts to become available because the car was so new (2024) But Brandon kept in touch throughout the process and kept me informed. When parts did arrive they kept my car for about three weeks, a little longer than originally promised but it was over the Christmas holiday and was worth the wait. I cannot tell that anything happened to the car at all. Super work by a super company!”

“I don’t usually write reviews but the customer service here is impeccable! The battery in my car died and I called to see if they had a replacement available. Eric took my call and offered all the options compatible for my vehicle. Once I arrived Eric was quick to help and already had the information pulled up for the battery I needed. He replaced the battery and was extremely personal and helpful answering all the questions I had about the process. 10/10 would recommend!”

“Terrible experience with this company. In fact the worse. Brought my vehicle in on March 30 to have a bumper replaced. It took over a month for parts to be ordered and delivered and repaired all the way to May 5th. Worse, during the first two weeks no one called to let me know what was going on. I had to call them. They only made calls more frequently when I threatened to pick up my truck. It get's worse, at the beginning I was told the estimate to repair was 681.90. I had to pay 341.00 up front leaving a balance 282.60. To my surprise, however, after over a month of waiting, they tell me I have a balance of 528.52. OVER 240.OO OVER THE BALANCE! Of course I protest. The original service writer was not there so the manager comes over. I explained my dilemma and the most I got from him was his folding his arms and looking straight ahead. Little to no eye contact. My opinion is this kind of reaction to a customer who feels he is getting cheated, speaks to the integrity of this business. He did not take the time to explain thouroughly, did not address the invoice, nothing, just pay your balance and then says the guy who wrote me up will be in on Monday. That;s it. Of course, there was no call t meon Monday, I had to call them. The response... "we're working on it". We're working on it _ that's the response. Well that isnt working wither because its 5:35 on Monday and no follow up call even after I call them. Give them your business if you want to, but I would not take my bicycle back to Bay Custom Auto to change a fender on it. I'm in no way done with this...the principal that someone who says they operate with integrity, and then don't is not something I am willing to go quietly into the night over.Wrote a post earlier concerning what I felt was not great service. “I went into the store looking for a small drill that best suited me. Had no clue what brand nor size to buy. I seen an associate and asked for help. We walked over to the drills, it was at least 20 to 30 different types of drills. I was so overwhelmed, but the associate put my mind at ease after explaining to me the difference between all of them. After spending at least 25-35 minutes with me together we found the drill, batteries and more. I realized that he was one of the managers( Richard ) He was so patient, professional, and knowledgeableMr. Richard made it so easy for me soI just wanted to give him a special shout outand say thank you for being the special person that you are.”

The multi-point inspection was very helpful to understanding whether or not I had an issue with a tire pressure sensor, and the pricing was very fair for the services received. Since it was over the weekend now I have to wait to speak to the sales manager that gave me the quote in the first place. Then he started to look for ways out of the quote even after I provided a copy of the gm workbook sheet. Like I was asking for something other than what the sales manager told me in the presents of multiple sales associates. I will go in tomorrow to see if we can make it right,but now I see why many people prefer to deal with tesla. There the price is the price! No surprises sales tactics etc. I can believe this is even an issue to think I was going to order an ev escalade also.......... not to mention the over 7k ive spent in the service department and body shop in the last couple years...and i thought i was a loyal customer.........update to follow...as I previously stated there was an update to follow an here it is. I did infact return to December 11th and spent quite some time with the general manager discussing my concerns and issues. I also took the time to listen to understand where the dealership was coming from. From that it was found there were in fact some misconceptions on my part and a few things that were out of everyone's control. I would like to commend the general manager in being totally transparent and willing to provide a thorough explanation of where the missteps were. As in any negotiation, there are two sides and you hope to meet a outcome beneficial to all parties involved. The sales team did infact make the necessary effort and I was willing to meet them in that effort. Long story long a deal was made, and they gained a customer for life. where you start may be rocky and seem like disarray. However, taking the time to communicate with each other can go along way. So I can truly say they made it right!!!! BZ to you sir! I fully recommend this establishment!”

“I came to this store yesterday because my brake lights were burned out. In the morning, with temperature at 35 degrees, I tried to loosen the fixture so I could replace the bulbs. This did not work. I went to Advantage to purchase the bulbs. I asked the young woman and her male coworker if they could help me get into the receptacle to insert the new bulbs. They came out to my car and got the socket loose. I ended up getting the brake lights restored. Thank you to these workers (Tracy and Lamont?) for the help they rendered. I appreciate their actions. I will continue to get my auto parts here because they gave me excellent service. Thank you!”

A challenge with the form of payment was resolved out at the store. The patience, professionalism, friendly and the knowledge of the vehicle parts was great. The associate educated me on the difference of the part option. High integrity! Four stars, only because I believe in room for improvement, however this situation five stars.
