I called them in a bind after another “big popular” shop was afraid to install new tires I provided due to a mild stretch on 19s.
Larry was extremely professional and down to earth at the same time. Easy to talk to and I know he shares the same JDM passion we all know from old skool japan.
I will never go to another tire shop, if he’s open then I’m a customer for life.”

“This place literally saved me today!! I had a screw in my tire and came to get my tire patched, then as I pulled in the parking lot the screw came out. They recommended I get a new tire, and then they immediately put my spare on for me. The team that helped me was extremely hospitable and so helpful!!!”

“As usual, I brought my 2004 Chevy Tahoe to Micah's team of experts - no notice. They have been taking care of my oldest baby for 22 years and I trust no other with it. They kept me abreast of each repair, and completed it all before the end of my work day.”
“Excellent service! These guys really know what they’re doing. The shop is clean, comfortable, and professional, and their prices are great. I’ve been coming here for a while and have had tires replaced and wheel alignments done on several of my cars.
I’ve also had plenty of experience with big chain tire shops, so I have something to compare them with. Bigger doesn’t always mean better — at many of those places, customer service is poor or sometimes practically nonexistent. Here, it’s completely different. These guys are knowledgeable, professional, straightforward, and actually care about their customers and the quality of their work.

“Called this shop on Christmas Eve, shop was closed but Dan still answered his phone. Was traveling and heater quit working. Dan suggested looking at the actuator for a possible fix. 5 minutes later with a screw driver I was able to unstick the actuator cam and had heat again. Thank you Dan for the kind advice on your day off. Have a wonderful holiday.”

“I was referred to Newmarket Automotive by one of my neighbors who told me that they did great work and prices was reasonable. I have gone there several times now and have been extremely satisfied with work done on my car as well as the personnel being friendly most notably Jessica the receptionist. I have always gotten my car back in a short period of time as I always wait for my car as it is the only car that I have. I gave them a five star rating as that was the highest you could give. If I could have rated them a 10 then I would have. In this day and age it is extremely difficult to find a good or decent place to take your car.”

“I had such a great experience at Economy Tire Express today! Naas (apologies if I misspell the name) was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. Even though the shop clearly had plenty going on, he made me a priority without an appointment. He replaced all four of my valve stems quickly and at a very fair price, and even gave my tires an extra check to make sure everything was safe before I left.
It’s rare these days to find service that feels both efficient and genuinely caring, but that’s exactly what I got here. Highly recommend Economy Tire Express if you want honest, dependable service with people who really take care of their customers. Thank you so much!”

“I had a wonderful experience at Danny’s Glass. It started with a phone call to set up an appt to come in and get my windshield repaired or replaced. The Office manager “STACY” there was extremely helpful and set a time for me to come in. When I arrived , she was very helpful in explaining what needed to be done and about how long it would take. She was also very accommodating in connecting me with the insurance representative that assisted me with the claim deductible.
Stacy was so professional and very kind in helping me with everything!! She is a true blessing and assets to your Company. I would highly recommend Danny’s Glass in Newport News if you have any need for glass repair or replacement. The technicians there did a wonderful job replacing my windshield and replacing all the window stickers.
