We went and they open at 9 but on the maps it says there open fix your hours ! I'm not satisfied with this service here at CVS!

Every time I try and pick up a prescription from the pharmacy no matter how long I wait to go to the store they tell me it'll be at least an hour wait. My doctor called in a prescription at 9 AM and I came in at 3 PM just to pick up 12 ibuprofen pills and they told me it would be over an hour wait. The lady at the desk was very rude about it. I will not be returning here anymore.

Literally the worst CVS Pharmacy in Virginia. The pharmacy is very unorganized and the workers seem lazy but I'm not going to blame them as they're probably overworked & underpaid. Still no excuse for the poor pharmacy services. Do better CVS.

Every time I go here there's always an issue getting my prescription and they also never answer the phone , every time I call I sit on hold for 45 minutes

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. I use them because they are close to my house. Dont bother calling because they DO NOT answer the phones. I stayed on hold one time just to see how long it would take. I hung up after 1 HOUR. And when you are inside waiting in line, they are very slow and never friendly. If you need your medication in a timely manner, this is not the place to go.

It has been pretty hard for the pharmacy to keep up on orders. It has been over three months and each time I come in they say they are a week behind on orders. The only time I can truly get my order filled is when I'm completely out of meds. The excuses are on going if you come in early for your meds. They will say that your meds were not approved to be refilled by your doctor or they will say that it has been filled and when you get there to pick them up they will then tell you they haven't been filled. Even the text alerts will tell you they have been filled but when you get there they will say nothing has been filled. They are so busy that if you call you can be left on hold for up to 20 minutes only to find out they haven't been filled yet. I felt bad for the people working there so I decided to go online and lodge a complaint. I went directly to a site that said cvs complaints and it asked me to call a number. When I called they told me this was cvs insurance and had nothing to do with complaints. As soon as I started telling them about the problem the phone started to break up to the point I didn't understand what the person was saying. I could only make out enough to know they want you to jump through a lot of hoops in order for to to lodge a complaint. I'm pretty sure they know the problem but I don't think they are going to do anything about it. they recently up graded the store but did nothing to enlarge the pharmacy area or add more people. The staff is overwhelm and there is high turn over. I tried to help but I could do nothing. If any one has any ideas in order to help these poor soles please do, they really need it. They are truly trying the best they can with what they have to work with.
