Stopped in to grab some essentials real quick after work. Grabbed a bottle of Miracle Whip and something told me check the date. Glad I did….2 bottles left and one expired 10/30/23 and the other 08/23. Might want to throw those out. Couldn’t find an associate to show. So they’re still on the shelf.

It was that time once again for receiving a booster and flu shot. I actually got both of them here at the same CVS location a year ago. Just like last year, signing up online was easy. The process was smooth since my information was already in the system. When Sophia and I arrived, the pharmacy area had minimal traffic and checking in was very quick. I actually had my shots administered before my selected time slot. After receiving both (Moderna in the left and flu in the right), they said remain seated for 10 minutes just to be sure there are no allergic reactions. 10 minutes go by, time to head out. So far, arm soreness and a little bit of fatigue. Same as last year. So no complaints here on my end. Very quick service with very quick results. Couldn't ask for anything more.

Staff is always polite and helpful. Even on the days when there are more people in line than pharmacy staff.

The 1st issue with CVS is per my insurance I have no other option where to fill my prescriptions. Then you have an over worked staff that has not had a Customer Service Class. I will say that of the CVS pharmacies in my area this is the least offensive. They need to hire more pharmacist. And perhaps 2 associates to deal with customers. CVS is making billions. They can afford to treat their customers with more respect.

Worst of the CVS pharmacies I've been to. Absolutely no empathy from the pharmacist whatsoever and you're dealing with sick people or people who need there meds. I dropped off my prescription and was told it would be ready the next day at 3p. Now I know pharmacies are busy, so I always try to get them ahead of time. I go back 3 days later and the pharmacy is closed because they didn't have a pharmacist. Ok... so I go back 4 days later and now they say it's not ready they need 25 more minutes, like seriously, it's been over a week. Now I've been without and these are my heart meds.

The service is always very slow and without any real care or concern about the customer. I was the only one at the counter on Sunday 1/15 and the customer care member, without acknowledging me at all, walked out and past me to go take a bathroom break. I found that very rude. I understand the biological need for relief but at least say excuse me I'll be right back or something to let me know that you see and value me as a customer.

The attitude here is unbelievable. Pharmacist was rude and condescending. I waited over an hour for her to decide not to give me my covid shot because she didn’t believe what was written on my card.Fine.Today I show up to pick up my prescription and they opened and they lady in front of my had been waiting forever and no one spoke to her. I walked to the counter to see how long it might be before we all got waited on and I got my head bitten off.Never again my friends. I’d rather go without my medication than be treated this way. There is zero reason to be rude.

Best pharmacy to go to. Both pharmacist smile and are always happy to see me and my wife. Very friendly and professional.

I dread every time I have to set foot in this place. There is NEVER enough staff in the pharmacy to handle their customer load, and it gets old. CVS is a multibillion dollar corporation making money hand over fist off of a broken and stressed healthcare system. The least they could do is have enough people working behind the counter so their customers aren’t stuck waiting for hours just to fill a simple prescription. Yet it’s always the same: When I call this location I sit on hold for a MINIMUM of 20 minutes (that’s if I’m lucky, 30-45 is pretty common) and if you do get someone on the phone they’re so over worked and multitasked to the max, you have to repeat yourself every other sentence because they’re helping five other people while taking your call, and that is just a normal day, not a busy one. I refuse to fill anything that has to be actually counted and checked for safety because that place is a ticking time bomb. Some poor pharmacist is going to misread, mistype or misunderstand a doctor and kill a patient, and it wouldn’t even be his or her fault. If it continues I’m going to contact the board of health in VA. That company is straight up abusing every single person working there, especially the pharmacists who probably have a hard time going to sleep at night after the insanity I’ve witnessed them deal with all day every day. HEY CVS: YOU NEED TO DO BETTER BY YOUR CUSTOMERS AND YOUR EMPLOYEES. Someone will be dead by your malfeasance in the next couple years if you continue to operate this store on a shoestring budget while hoping nothing bad happens. It will. It’s just a matter of time.
