Jiffy Lube in Newport News provides fast and quality oil changes, typically completed in just 15 minutes by trained technicians. Customers appreciate the convenience of staying in their car or waiting in a comfortable lounge while their service is performed. The staff is noted for being friendly, professional, and providing excellent customer service. Many reviews highlight the quick service and reasonable prices, with some customers mentioning the helpfulness of the store manager. While the oil change service is efficient, there are some limitations; for instance, additional services like tire rotation are not always offered. One customer expressed disappointment about not being able to use a coupon when bringing their own oil and filter, even though they paid the same price as a conventional oil change. However, other customers have praised the support received, with one technician going out of their way to provide extra oil after hours. Overall, Jiffy Lube is recognized for its fast service and commitment to customer satisfaction, welcoming both individual customers and fleets.
