Nice and polite staff but there was an oil leak after the change...they fixed the issue but this concerns me...i plan to monitor closely my oil levels....

Took less than 30 minutes for the oil change. The people working that day were very nice and attentive.

The oil change was quick and staff were friendly. They did over fill the oil a bit but not enough to where it will hurt anything. I do have a gripe though. I brought my own oil&filter and with that you pay the cost of a conventional oil change which is fine. I was just disappointed that they wouldn't let me use a coupon. The clerk told me I could not use a coupon if I bring my own oil. I am paying the same cost as if someone is going there to get a conventional oil change. I saved them money by not using their oil or filter. It does not make any sense. I have been to other jiffy lubes where they let me use a coupon while bring my own oil.

my experience at this Jiffylube was convenient. Kenny was kind and professional and got the service i needed done in a reasonable time and price. i’ll definitely continue to get my car serviced here.

The website says they are open until 6pm. I showed up at 4:15pm, and they told me they had already "shut everything down" and they couldn't change my oil.

Seemed to do a good job with oil change but did not offer others such as tire rotation or checking for proper tire inflation.
