This is my number one favorite store. I can easily walk down to it and get my favorite spicy ramen packets there. It's cheap but really really good. It's the best ramen I've ever had honestly

Probably the best Filipino grocery store in Hampton Roads. Great selection, fair prices and well kept. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could.
