The two staff were polite, but this store was an absolute rip-off. I have used many UPS Stores over the years for mailing items and have NEVER been charged like I was at this store. I am so angry that I went through with the purchase at $125 to mail a box to Los Angeles and another $60+ for some bubble wrap and for them to pack the box. No other UPS Store has EVER charged me to pack a box and this store should be ashamed. I will NEVER use this store again and would suggest that you don’t either if you value your money. Very disappointing that I was in need to mail items to my home to move my father with me and to be taken advantage of like this. Just sad.

They advertise services online that they do not provide at this location during their hours of operation. The staff have an indifferent attitude about being able to provide the service and the incorrect information on their website.

Service was polite and friendly, but I can't recommend going here due to the absolute ripoff pricing for supplies. My spouse went to this store to return some shoes purchased on Amazon, one of which needed to be shipped separately. To print the label and get a box totaled $22.If you want to use this location for shipping or drop off, make time for a stop at Target first, or plan to pay through the nose - this is obscene over pricing, I don't care how they break it down into "computer time" or "packing service."

I come to this store regularly, the staff are very polite and incredibly helpful. Haven't had any issues in the past two years with receiving packages as well as mailing returns. The staff always go above and beyond for customer satisfaction.

Been a loyal customer for a few years. The service has since deteriorated drastically. The owner at this location is very discriminatory, deceitful and, dishonest. She will close your box without warning and create a fictitious issue. Even worse-I’m always receiving mail that’s not mine so I can only imagine… Please go anywhere but here. They have low ratings for a reason! Numbers don’t lie!

Website and storefront says they close at 7pm. Rushed over here to get a package out after work to find out they were closed well before 7. Wasted my time.

First let me start off by saying I wish I didn't have to leave a star. May 24th I received notification that my package was delivered outside my door, look out the peephole, No package. I instantly submitted a claim, with doing so the carrier who stated he delivered the package confessed to my daughter and I have it on Ring, he delivered to another address. I pray to God I never have to deal with UPS again. Poor service

In and out in under 10 minutes. Incredibly pleasant staff, and they were able to ship my parts on my customer's account - the other two stores I've used lately (nearer my house than my office) weren't able to figure out how to do it with just an account number. Here, they were done before I realized they'd started. *high five* and thanks!

So I have used this particular store a few times but I think I’m pretty much done now. As the years have gone by the price of shipping seems to go up as the customer service goes down. How is it possible to send a case (12 units) of something for 16$ in one store and 12$ to send one of the same item from this store? Plus the first thing the guy tells me when when I tell him what it is? “That’s gonna break, just sayin” are you just saying that? I have lost all confidence in this store in particular they need to reassess how they treat people and their property.

Nothing but a good experience at this store. Dropped off packages for shipment, as well as Amazon returns for years and never had an issue. Yes, they are normally short-staffed, but always apologize for the inconvenience, and thank you for waiting patiently (even mention they're hiring too.) My opinion of the bad rating is due to customers feeling entitled to a certain service or treatment without paying for such. Some issues could be solved with customers taking the time to READ and REASEARCH their options. Not to mention customers confusing the hub/warehouse for this store. Your delivery trucks and drivers operate out of the warehouse on City Center Blvd.

For those who complain about this store on Warwick, my experience is somewhat different. I’ve been shipping on and off at this UPS store for the past 7 years. During the last year and a half I’ve had excellent service, friendly and accommodating. Customers are not always right! I’ve seen a lot of incompetence among customers. They are not always prepared with all the required information and that holds up the line of customers waiting ‘patiently.’ It’s a two way issue. Have your documents, addresses, phone numbers, emails, insurance and delivery instructions ready. And by the way, the people behind the counter are even more patient than you are. Think about it. You are lucky to have these particular store reps. They’re doing a fabulous job and service. Thank you! Satori
