“All the staff here are nice and friendly. They need to have a drive-thru. It's such a big inconvenience. And the safety issues of using the walk-up ATM at night. I understand there's a ATM inside you can use but any member can swipe their card and get in while you're in there. The area is not well lit at all. The parking lot look sketchy at night because a lot of people are always walking around there.”

“Typically when you walk into a bank - there is a stuffy attitude and strictly business approach. Not so at this branch. I’ve been frequenting for over 5 years now and everyone is pleasant, knowledgable and ready to assist. From the moment you walk in and are greeted by the manager - you are treated like a valued client. The ladies (as of the time of this review they are all ladies working behind the counter) are always friendly and helpful and if they don’t know an answer immediately, they work hard to get you one. During the appointment, Mr. Verma was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable about PNC accounts and products. Through brief discussion of available options, I was able to make the needed decisions regarding my accounts. The tellers and advisors welcome me by name, they are patient with me and go above and beyond. Most recently, when I thought I lost a cashier's check, one of the tellers came out to my car and helped me search the parking lot. While Citibank is a corporate mega-bank, our Centreville branch operates and treats us as neighbors.”
“I want to shout out to Shaymaa at Bristow Chase.
She assisted my son, whose account had been hacked, by calling and advocating on the phone for one and a half hours, and he was finally able to access his account and dispute the unauthorized transaction.
I'm an 8-year Chase customer and was disappointed by how Chase handled unauthorized transactions that my son experienced. I decided to move to another bank, but with Shaymaa's help, I changed my mind.
She is an expert in financial services and customer care.”
