Check-in and return very easy. Both associates very efficient and friendly. Have had good experiences with Alamo in the past.

Pick up & return was not an issue. Counter person was not friendly at pick up, perhaps it would be an overall 5 star if she could have been a bit pleasant & didn’t rush us off as we were the last person in line. It goes a long way to say thank you & have a great day as I did her but she did not reciprocate RUDE.
