Got the car I wanted both times,and the service department if you are having a problem with your car they will fixed it. Please keep in mind,your car is not the only one being serviced. If I have to wait an hour or two to get my car fixed and don't have to pay for the service call,then I will wait. All it's costing me is my time. If you need a great car, and have a job. Call this company. They will take care of you. Also you can trade your car in after you have it for a little while,and make on time payments for a another new or used car.”

“We reserved a car for 2 days and requested full size, got a Chrysler 300, very nice. However, in this time of COVID we expected that this car would be cleaner than renters in the past. That wasn't the case. Halfway through the trip since we were headed into the sun we had to stop and purchase Windex cleaning wipes to get the windshield clean. It took like 6 of the wipes. The car was so filthy on the outside that you could see our finger prints across the back of the trunk. We have local drive through car washes for $4 for gosh sake. Then during the clean up for us to turn in we found other items from the previous renters - no contact door opener, hand sanitizer etc. Well by then, we had spent two days in this car and feel that we were put at an unnecessary risk. Remember, this is the time of COVID, take a minute and get the car ready. I don't expect this too much to ask.”

“I love renting from Hertz! They make the process super easy! However they NEVER answer the phone, and you can’t speak to a direct employee if you have any issues. I have to constantly take off of work to drive all the way to the location to ask a question or get assistance! Book in advance and make sure you check in with them prior to your pickup! That way you will always be prepared for your trip!”

“I have got to tell you I returned my car yesterday, Monday, June 22nd to the Norfolk airport. I was greeted immediately, and Mark, the regional manager was such an angel! He helped me with my bags to the Breeze bag check-in! I am in the middle of a move from Virginia back to Florida and I had to put everything in all those checked bags that I couldn’t fit in our pod. Mark really saved me and I’m so thankful that he was there to go above and beyond!”
