Luckily, this wasn’t one of those places, especially not at this Enterprise location, thanks to Mrs. Felecia. When my family rented a van, nothing fancy, her warm energy turned the process into something truly enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, her enthusiasm was contagious and genuine. Yesterday July 31st 2024 I visited Patriot Auto Sales located in Norfolk VA. I had been financing a vechile for almost two years. I needed something more spacious so I contacted Jason. He reassured me that something that will fit me would be available once I’m ready. I must say , he was correct! I was afraid that my insurance payment would be a bit beyond my budget. Jason searched around for a more affordable rate. I am very pleased with my purchase. I truly appreciate Jason for going above and beyond. “We reserved a car for 2 days and requested full size, got a Chrysler 300, very nice. However, in this time of COVID we expected that this car would be cleaner than renters in the past. That wasn't the case. Halfway through the trip since we were headed into the sun we had to stop and purchase Windex cleaning wipes to get the windshield clean. It took like 6 of the wipes. The car was so filthy on the outside that you could see our finger prints across the back of the trunk. We have local drive through car washes for $4 for gosh sake. Then during the clean up for us to turn in we found other items from the previous renters - no contact door opener, hand sanitizer etc. Well by then, we had spent two days in this car and feel that we were put at an unnecessary risk. Remember, this is the time of COVID, take a minute and get the car ready. I don't expect this too much to ask.”
“After Enterprise canceled my reservation last minute, Budget was able to secure a reservation for me. The staff was friendly and the process was relatively quick. 10/10 do recommend and I will be making them my number one option for rentals.”

“Leeann made this rental experience 5 stars she went above and beyond. I was notified the day of my rental that they did not have a jeep for my reservation. I went to the location and Leeann explained to me even though I reserved a jeep and pre paid that no jeep was available at the location. The location was packed with customers. She looked overwhelmed , but Leanna advised me she would do everything in her power to get me a jeep. And she did she was able to get me one from the local airport and it was a 2026 jeep as well. Give her a raise or hire more employees Hertz!!!!”

“I have got to tell you I returned my car yesterday, Monday, June 22nd to the Norfolk airport. I was greeted immediately, and Mark, the regional manager was such an angel! He helped me with my bags to the Breeze bag check-in! I am in the middle of a move from Virginia back to Florida and I had to put everything in all those checked bags that I couldn’t fit in our pod. Mark really saved me and I’m so thankful that he was there to go above and beyond!”
