“This review is a bit late! But better late than never! I came across this lovely shop while looking for a local place to reshape an 80 year old British Red Cross cap that I had. I am a vintage collector and re-enactor. I brought my cap to them back in October or November of 2022. It was ready a few weeks later on. I absolutely recommend this shop! The owners and their shop staff are very knowledgeable about hats. They are very friendly, reasonably priced for hat repair and beyond professional. I am glad I went with a small business instead of a larger company! Thank you so much! I will return if future services are needed.”

“I was forward deploying within 3 days and in need of some USN uniforms with name tags, USN tag sewn on. The NEX would charge additional fee for rush orders and tell me to come back after a few days. I took everything here being referred by a USN Chief whom I know, they made everything happened wonderfully and timely. They did all for me right away on site. I waited and picked up my uniforms as a happy camper. An A+ for their services.”

“I wandered in on a day off, mostly browsing, but was met by the most fun trio of salespeople ever, namely Grace, Lee, and Apollo! They helped me find what I needed and substitutes when they didn’t have my size! Such a great staff that I filled out an online survey (while at the cash register), naming 3 of their employees and rated them all with the highest possible scores. They had Gap Logo t-shirts for buy one get one half off on Cyber Monday 11/27/2023.”

“Had an issue where I was double charged an item. A whopping $50 extra added to the bill. A lot of stuff happened in the week that these items were purchased and i didn't notice it until I got home(I live out of state) I called may 7th and the items were purchased April 29th. I spoke to Ashley and she was able to get the issue resolved while we were on the phone. She was very apologetic, which I think it was my fault not to check right away, but she took care of it right away. Great customer service from Ashley.”
