“This is a long overdue review for a shop that has enhanced my wardrobe on countless occasions. Ever since I moved to Norfolk in July 2021 I had wanted to get a custom suit from Details. Finally in October 2024 I had my chance. I now have built 3 suits with Joshua and Verrandall Tucker and just recently stopped in to get fitted for a peacoat. I've bought incredible hats, shoes, scarves and belts from Details. But what is above all else is the personal service and attention I receive each time I walk through the door. Joshua and. Verrandall always ask about my family and life.......it makes for a really well rounded experience!”
“Great visit to The North Face Norfolk Premium Outlets. We drove from the Williamsburg Outlet as there appeared to be a situation with Fire, EMS, and Police had cleared that entire side of the Williamsburg Outlet. We wanted to buy the Mens Thermal Insulated Vest (Evergreen) for the crazy (50%) off AND Military Discount from $180.00 to out-the-door $85.86. The employees were super friendly, and the black female spoke to everyone upon entrance to the store and shared the 50% Off. Everything was kind and made us feel immediately Welcome to enter and purchase. It is an excellent Store with lots of fantastic merchandise and a Wonderful Staff of Employees. “I always struggle to find jeans that fit, so I was amazed to find a few pairs here. The staff was friendly, and the location was clean, including the fitting rooms. It was easy to try on clothes since the fitting rooms were readily available and accessible. There were great deals in-store, and even more savings with their rewards program.”

“My 10 year old is in that transition stage where kids sizes don’t fit right and women’s sizes are tricky when it comes to the right fit. The associate Hope acknowledged us from the moment we walked in. I never asked for help but she picked up on the struggle I was having finding the right size for baby girl and gently offered her opinion with her experience. She was extremely helpful, professional and personable. I normally don’t like for people to walk me through the entire process but she gave me space while at the same time providing her services to other customers. She never skipped a beat. Hope is a real asset to your establishment.”

“ROSS DRESS FOR LESS is my new favorite place to shop. It is amazing. I'm not a shopper for the most part, I actually strongly dislike shopping but then I walked in to ROSS that was over. This is my second day in a row and I want to go back tomorrow. I guessing, thanks to Ross, I'm a shopper now. They have everything from well priced, good looking clothes to paint supplies including canvass. They have pots and pans. Rugs, large and small. Baskets, organizing items, shoes and even things for your car. It's amazing. It's truely a one shop store. Well, they don't sell groceries but they do have great snacks. I am such a frugal shopper and limit myself from personal and household spending because times are tough. That being said I have to say, I let my hair down in this store. I got things I've wanted/needed for a long time but when I would see these things I would not purchase them because I felt like they were too expensive. I bought them now. At ROSS, because they were priced affordably. I love, love love this store and will be back. Above all, the staff, both days I was there, we're exceptional! Funny, working hard but always remembering to greet customers coming in the door. I was asked a few times if I needed help. I appreciate that the staff is stocking shelves, taking care of business, but also keeping an eye on you. And friendly, very kind and glad to have you.”

“Boutiques... Must I say more. Sooooo, love them.... In town and by happenstance saw clothing in the display window so of course I had to stop in. The two women who were working and I think were the owners of the boutique were avant stylish, especially for this area which fashion forward isn't the 1st thing you may think of given its other memorable traits. Beautiful clothing as well as jewelry with a small smattering of shoes adorned the space. Seasonal wear from 3/4 - long sleeve sheets, sweaters, jackets, parkas, jeans, skirts and all are fashion forward. Nothing is cookie cutter here. Edgy, original, colorful, demur and eclectic. There is also a chic bohemian style to many of their pieces with notable authentically designed necklaces that can accentuate any contemporary or free spirit design. Whenever in town again, NYFO will see me again..”
