“This is a long overdue review for a shop that has enhanced my wardrobe on countless occasions. Ever since I moved to Norfolk in July 2021 I had wanted to get a custom suit from Details. Finally in October 2024 I had my chance. I now have built 3 suits with Joshua and Verrandall Tucker and just recently stopped in to get fitted for a peacoat. I've bought incredible hats, shoes, scarves and belts from Details. But what is above all else is the personal service and attention I receive each time I walk through the door. Joshua and. Verrandall always ask about my family and life.......it makes for a really well rounded experience!”
“I don't normally write reviews, but Johnny and his wife took care of me very quickly and found me a navy blue suit, tie, and belt in about 30 minutes that completely met my needs at a very fair price. I was there in the morning and was given same day tailoring and a steam of the shirt I purchased. I will come back for my future needs.”

“Great visit to The North Face Norfolk Premium Outlets. We drove from the Williamsburg Outlet as there appeared to be a situation with Fire, EMS, and Police had cleared that entire side of the Williamsburg Outlet. We wanted to buy the Mens Thermal Insulated Vest (Evergreen) for the crazy (50%) off AND Military Discount from $180.00 to out-the-door $85.86. The employees were super friendly, and the black female spoke to everyone upon entrance to the store and shared the 50% Off. Everything was kind and made us feel immediately Welcome to enter and purchase. It is an excellent Store with lots of fantastic merchandise and a Wonderful Staff of Employees. “I’ve been shopping at this guys store for as many years as I can remember. I think this is his third mall by now. He has always greeted me with a smile and kindness. He’s a pleasure to communicate with. The store is huge and is never a mess. You can tell he cares about his business. Always a great selection of bob inspired shirts for me to pick from, my wife loves the sun dresses. Aside from the clothes they have a lot of items. From head covers to incense. Anyone that’s chill should come through and support the business. Salute to you my friend.”
“This store is the only store that has my husband size “plus size” and his style. it’s affordable and very stylish. Definitely street wear and we love it. I wish it was more variety in shirts for the men with the beer belly I never can find 4x-5x logo shirts”
“My family and I are new to the area. My girls are starting school later this month, so that means new school clothes. Both of my daughters have trouble finding clothes that they like appearance wise while also liking the way they fit. I came in a few days ago and it was nothing but bright smiles and friendliness from all the ladies in there. Hope, was very kind and was very helpful with finding us items online and in the back. Emma was extremely friendly and held a very good conversation with us and recommended amazing places to try in the area, she also helped my daughters feel confident in the clothes they were trying on, both ladies are phenomenal at their jobs. The other employee that was there was also extremely kind however we didn’t catch her name, she had glasses and she had strawberry blonde hair. Thank you Emma, and Hope. “I always struggle to find jeans that fit, so I was amazed to find a few pairs here. The staff was friendly, and the location was clean, including the fitting rooms. It was easy to try on clothes since the fitting rooms were readily available and accessible. There were great deals in-store, and even more savings with their rewards program.”

“I was in the store yesterday and my experience was absolutely refreshing! I needed to do a return. I ordered some pants and earrings online and the pants were bigger than I expected. The young African American guy w longer curly brushed out hair was very KIND, HELPFUL and PROFESSIONAL and STYLISH!!!! ( i worked myself in Dolce and Gabbana in Italy so i would say I have experience in fashion) He was wearing a cream color crochet sleeves top. I don’t know his name unfortunately. “After checking out Naval Station Norfolk, my boyfriend and I checked out the Norfolk Main Navy Exchange (NEX). If you've never been, it's like a department store! They sell everything from clothing and accessories (including hats, scarves, jewelry, handbags), electronics, cookware, seasonal decorations (including christmas trees and nutcrackers), and more. My boyfriend was in search of a beanie while I was in search of a cool-looking Navy shirt. We found a nice beanie but not a cool-looking Navy shirt. However, I'll admit that the Hard Rock Cafe Navy hat was kind of cool!”

“One of our favorite stores for shopping!!! They have an awesome kids/babies section! I have a 3 year and a set of 2 year old twins. Perfect place to make sure they stay looking cute LOL. And of course I take a lap or two around the women section. Hahah from business attire to lounge wear, I never know what clothing items sneak to the register with me. They always have a sale going on which is a plus to my bank account. The store is easily accessible as well. Park at the main entrance and walk straight back to the right and you're there!!!”
